Club Pilates Progress Ridge makes the benefits of Pilates accessible to everybody. Pilates is functional and therapeutic wellness and movement enhancement through the art of Pilates and is well known for its benefits that improve functional movement, strength, flexibility, and posture. Although Club Pilates is not licensed medical professionals or physical therapists, most medical professionals and physical therapists highly recommend Pilates for its continuous, regular, focus on wellness and functional movement. At Club Pilates, we have the widest variety of classes and tools available including Reformers, springboard, and TRX Training System.

I took the complimentary Pilates class with Heather F and had such a great experience! She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire session. The workout was light, which I really appreciated. They do a great job of easing you into the program and clearly explaining each movement. The class was just the right amount of challenging without being overwhelming, which made me feel excited to come back. In fact, I signed up right after! The care the staff takes in explaining movements is amazing. Helping you focus on doing the movement correctly, and avoiding injury. “Zip those legs up”, “knit those ribs together”, “slow down the movement to get the most out of it”.

Allison is great! Her classes are challenging, but not intimidating. She’s accommodating and offers appropriate feedback. When I first started taking her classes, I felt like she moved through the instructions too quickly, which was difficult to follow - particularly with moves that require coordinating multiple body parts. I am disappointed to be writing such a negative review, but want to save others their time and especially their money by avoiding this studio.

The classes are ALWAYS waitlisted - you have to sign up weeks in advance to get a spot, and the late cancellation fees are steep.

The workouts are the most repetitive and ineffective of any other pilates studio I have attended.

The instructors do not give any modifications on how to make any of the movements more challenging or provide suggestions to increase intensity. Some of the instructors are great, but there are a couple that come off quite rude and make no effort to get to you, even if you attend class everyday for months.

There is no initial communication about how to "level up" and once you finally jump through all of the hoops to attend a Level 2 class, they are only offered on a very limited schedule.

The studio was always FREEZING and the music was often very quiet so all you can hear is others audibly breathing.

When I tried to cancel my membership, I provided the written 30 day notice (after reaching out to the multiple times without a response), but they say that due to the "billing cycle" cadence, I have to pay for almost an entire extra month of my membership. It is not ever made clear when the billing cycle is, or by which date you would need to cancel to avoid being billed another entire month so BEWARE. They are extremely unresponsive and it all feels like a total scam.

I have attended so many different studios, specifically Pilates, and was so disappointed that this one was not worth the high price tag.

I had a mostly positive experience here during my pregnancy, and usually enjoyed classes.

After giving birth, it has been hard to make it in on regular basis as I struggle with balancing being a new mom, work, and my health. As I try to get back into prioritizing my health again, I had suspended my membership but still enjoyed drop in classes. I even still paid the $39 (increased) one time class fee.

So after having a night where I struggled all night with a sick baby, I was so proud of myself that I STILL made it into the 6am class (I can only make it in before she wakes up and my husband goes to work). I did arrive a few minutes late and it took me another minute to get my shoes off and coat hung (it was 607 when I was ready to get on the reformed).

It was quite disappointing that I was denied entry at this time. A company that lacks any compassion or flexibility is not a company I plan to frequent or refer others to in the future.

It is also worth noting that I was denied entry by an instructor I've been treated rudely by in the past which makes me question if she has an underlying bias against me as she was the only one to repeatedly attempt to deny me entry or challenge my ability to do the class while I was pregnant (despite providing physician documentation and no push back from
other instructors).

This is not a business I will be returning to.

Update - a year after I ended my membership they sent my account to collections for an inaccurate balance that I luckily saved receipts to contest.

I was a member for a number of years until I took a break to try other things back in 2022. Recently, I re-joined hoping to have the same positive experience, and though I’ve loved the instructors and the workouts, I’ve not loved how almost every class I can attend for the next two weeks is on a waitlist, and how I’ve had to studio hop just to get a workout on the books. Not only that, but there have been several classes I got scheduled for that were canceled by the studio for one reason or another. Not only does this make it impossible to make a plan or get a workout in on my already tight schedule, but it’s super frustrating because this is the most expensive gym membership I’ve ever had.

I also am put off by the fact that the two times I’ve not been able to make a class (once because I showed up at the wrong studio thinking I was booked there), I was promptly charged a $20 no show fee, but when it’s Club Pilates canceling my class, I get nothing. This company can’t keep the same commitment to its members that they’re asking of its members.

I took classes at this studio for one month, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired—so much so that I ended up cancelling my membership after just a few weeks. While I was initially excited to get started with Pilates, the overall lack of professionalism and poor customer service quickly soured the experience.

One major issue was when the studio cancelled a class less than 24 hours before it was scheduled. I had to scramble to find a replacement class, and that’s where things really went downhill. The substitute instructor was completely unprepared and, frankly, unqualified to be leading a class. Her instructions were vague and confusing, and when I politely asked if she could demonstrate a movement that wasn’t clear, she simply said she “could not do it.” If you’re unable to perform the exercises yourself, you probably shouldn’t be teaching them.

Even worse, another attendee in the class—positioned next to me—asked for clarification on a movement that required us to be on our hands and knees. The instructor responded with a condescending tone and said, “Try lifting your arm and leg on the same side and see what happens.” It was incredibly dismissive and rude. After class, that same attendee confided in me that she felt embarrassed and was so shaken by the interaction that she almost left in tears. That should never happen in a space that’s supposed to feel welcoming, supportive, and safe.

I took the time to send Club Pilates my feedback directly and requested a refund for the single class credit so I could try a different instructor. My feedback was not taken seriously and the refund request was denied. That was the final straw.

To top it all off, cancelling your membership is an unnecessarily complicated process. Between poor instruction, unprofessional behavior, and a clear lack of concern for member feedback, I cannot recommend this studio.

Save yourself the frustration. There are better options out there…

As a person who loathes gyms, I love the chill lighting and atmosphere of Club Pilates. The staff are welcoming and the instructors very good and attentive. So far, Ashlyn has been the most helpful instructor for accommodating my limitations. She gives exceptionally clear instructions and is always receptive to finding effective workarounds. I've also noticed that she remembers and keeps track all the attendees conditions, watching over them to make sure they don't injure themselves. I wish I could afford to hire her for private lessons. I'm 66 with lifelong back and joint problems and was dependent on a cane/walker 6 months ago. Club Pilates has restored much of my strength and mobility. As a friend of mine says, pilates should be mandatory.

When I started doing Pilates three months ago, I was brand new to Pilates. I had never done Pilates in my whole life. I went with Unlimited membership, which gives you access to multiple locations. From the first day, when asked at the beginning of every class about having any health conditions(injuries), I kept telling all the students and different instructors at the beginning of class at multiple locations that I had been suffering from neck and upper back pain for 18 years, and finally, after seeing many different Chiropractors over the years, the last Chiropractor felt sorry for me, gave me a referral, and introduced me to Pilates. I quickly went on to further explain that I had tried everything, and spent thousands of dollars in Alternative Medicine, ranging from Acupuncture, Massage, Organic Nutrition, purchasing different traction devices, bolsters, therapeutic pillows, foam rollers, as well as trying many different stretch and strength exercises at the gym, stretches and strengthening exercises at home without getting the healing results that I was looking for. I even remembered to mention that I went as far as reading a book titled: "Healing Depression for Life." Despite all these facts, I strongly felt that they did not care for me, except for how much money I have in my wallet or bank account by pressuring me to purchase private sessions with them. Thank God I did not! After doing Pilates for two months, I started developing a new condition called, low back pain. Even during class, no one, including the instructors did not care to pay attention to see whether or not I am doing the movements correctly with proper form. Even after showing all the documents from my Doctor and Physical Therapist through email and in-person, they still did not care to pay attention to see if I am doing the movements correctly with proper form! For some reason, the instructors would not be willing to keep a copy of the few pages in regards to the PT and Doctor's note that I presented after showing up for class. During class, no one came up to me to tell me that if I slowly articulate my spine upward, I will hurt my spine, unless I bring it up quickly like a bridge in one movement(motion). I had to do my own research to figure it out. When I looked to other students around me to see if I am doing the movements correctly with proper form, they falsely accused me of staring, and having a conversation with them. It is a white female dominated industry. I saw no male students while I was attending the sessions. When you talk to them in-person, they will use their white female feminist friends as witnesses. I read somewhere that: "At the end, people's hearts will grow cold, they will betray one another, and no one will care." It is so true! From my experience, and seeing the rainbow colored letters on the glass stating: "everyone is welcome," whatever that means? that one sentence above, explains it all, and I can testify to this fact. Now, I see what is the agenda there. It is unfortunate where the world is heading, and considering the sad events happening in the Middle East, everyone is thinking about profits and making money nowadays. In addition to having to do your own extensive research all the time, and coming from a middle eastern heritage and background, you have to be even more alert and aware in order to protect yourself. You know why? It is because health professionals, and people in the health and fitness industry will never tell you how to heal yourself. They just want to suck all the life out of you with your finances.

Nice staff, no complaints about the instructors. I really like Pilates but the 1.0 class is even more challenging than I assumed it would be, mostly for the fact that there are no brief rest periods between sets (at all, it’s nonstop for 50 mins straight) which I struggle with. It moves so fast I don’t usually have enough time to make sure my form is right and settle into the movements. I started Pilates for a low impact workout because of an autoimmune disease, but it still seems to be tough on my body which is discouraging. There is a limit to the unlimited membership. I’m not sure if I’ll continue going to classes but I think overall it’s a great place for seasoned Pilates people, again, just more challenging than the intro made it seem like it would be and I’m a fairly active person.

Ive been trying to speak with the manager about my membership but Crystal refuses to call me back. She is leaving the country and I still have no resolution. I keep getting charged fees for no shows but their app and system isn't working and I get no asistance in fixing it. The classes are so full and even the waitlist is packed so getting into a class is difficult. I had to call another club to get a message to the district manager as the workers at this club apparently dont know their own managers schedule. It's shameful how they treat you so nice before membership but after it's a whole different story.

I love Allison’s Pilates classes. I have taken several of her classes and she is one of my favorite instructors. She has a good flow in her classes, good verbal instruction correction cues, and I always feel good after her class. She challenges the class but also provides the modifications that a student may need. I can’t say enough positive things about Allison’s classes. She is a fantastic Pilates instructor.

Beware before signing up! The rating is based on the difficulty to cancel my membership. I have called at least 3 times to cancel my membership. Nobody has gotten back to me. I was just charged for another month. Very frustrating. Beware before committing to this business.

I have mixed feelings about my experience here - the instructors have been great, especially early morning classes with Allison. However, the late fees are intense - and the classes fill up really fast and often I couldn't find a class at this location, Sherwood or Cedar Hills. I feel stronger after going since March - however I really think Pilates as a practice needs individualized training which is why I'm leaving to look for a smaller practice.

The worst pilates studio I’ve been to, and I’ve been to at least 20 in the past 6 months using ClassPass. Unclear communication in policies and blames ClassPass on it. I know ClassPass’ cheap prices might make their customers less profitable from your standpoint. But if you don’t want to take ClassPass customers, don’t take their money.

It is very hard to find available classes! Their classes are always full and you always have to join a waitlist ! They tell you you have to finish your credits within a month at the same time there is no available classes ! Above all of that you have to pay for the first three months to be a member ! It is a big scam ! Don’t join this club! They just take your money and then you find out their classes are all full ! They should not take new members if they don’t have available classes !

I have never been able to commit to a studio or a gym until I joined here. The instructors here are all amazing people. They are always there to help you and are so patient and kind. I started about 2 months ago it has completely changed my life. My overall health has gotten better and better since I started. Instructors are motivating and fun. Never "judgy" or arrogant. You'll always be welcome here the minute you step in.

I enjoy pilate so much! This is the one exercise I can commit to and enjoy doing it. I feel great throughout the day after each session. The place is small but clean and it makes it more personal due to a small group. The instructors and front desk personnels are friendly and they know you by your name. The class is fun and time flies cause I always have a good time. With pandemic and many gym closures, we all are bombarded with in home gym equipment ads such as mirror, tonal and peloton. I will stick to coming to club pilate because of the motivation the instructors give and the routines are varies. I started with once a week membership, to twice a week and now I love my unlimited membership. The app is user friendly and you can book the class from the app. It will record how many classes you have taken and it will remind you 24 hours and 1 hour before the class starts so you wont forget. After 30 sessions, you can feel the difference, after 50 sessions you can see the difference, and after 70 sessions you will hear the difference. Call today and book your trial class. You will love it!!

Looks like I'm not the only giving 1 star for this business, this is a scam . I went to one intro class and finding myself committed to three months membership when I specifically told Alex at the front desk that I can't commit with work right now and don't know if I'll be able to attend the class commitment . But Alex keep repeating don't worry about it "WE will take care of you" , told her I didn't want to commit or sign contract " don't worry we will take care of you" , but I don't want to pay any extra fees or be under contract " don't worry we will take care of you " . Guess what , after the intro class never got a chance to go back, try to call and ask i I could stop paying for something I'm not using, and now all the sudden I'm being hang up to Alex speaks over me on the hone, hang up on me , tell me I'm harassing her when it's my first time calling since the intro class , all the sudden now there is no more "we will take care of you" now it's like $100 if you wish to cancel and you get all the classes you already paid for thrown out of the window. Worst customer service and experience. They are being all nice to you (can only talk about Alex) for you to sign all the contract they make you sign, which you don't have copy of BTW, but once you signed and paid ...watch out for the change of affection, you aren't their favorite person no more. the whole, "with Covid we want to be here for our clients and be flexible , we got you " is BS - no flexibility attitude and victim attitude in telling me that "harassments is illegal" I just wanted to break the knot and never be affiliated with this studio ever again .

I have been a member of Club Pilates Progress Ridge and absolutely love it. Because of the awesome, well trained instructors I have been able to build core strength and have gotten stronger overall. The club is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The classes are small so you get very individual attention. They are always having contests, and other fun events to build community within the studio. I have made some amazing friends. If you are considering Pilates I would recommend Progress Ridge!

Wonderful experience for body and mind. But management, be careful not to lose focus on customer service. You've lost the "loaner" sock box that was available in case you forgot your yoga socks. Front desk said, "our new manager says you have to buy a pair if you forget yours". For the price of these classes, it's expected to have an extra service like that, it's unfortunate when you lose sight of providing excellent customer service.

I love Club Pilates! The instructors are fantastic - each unique but so skilled and helpful. The small class size allows personalized instruction, adjustment and modifications. The classes are fun and the time flies by because the instructors make it fun and you're always moving. Love the reformer - really lets you focus on isolating muscles and staying safe. It feels like a family - the staff, instructors, and everyone taking the classes are so friendly and supportive.

Scheduling is easy with the app, the class offerings make it easy to find times that work and the location makes it easy to pop in and out.

I've gotten stronger and better body awareness during my time at Club Pilates and I've seen all ages and body types there! It really seems great for almost anyone!
