I've known Meg for several years now, as a Coach at Title Boxing (which she also rocks at). I recently decided to prioritize my health as I got my mid-40s, and since I love her boxing classes opted to work with Meg as my personal trainer. She took the time to sit down with me to understand my goals, and continually checks in about how I am doing and feeling. She knows her stuff and pushes me each time we meet, which is exactly what I need. There is no way I could do this on my own. Plus she is just cool as hell, and she puts up with me randomly bursting into song (because life should be a musical) or laughter (because I am terribly clumsy - thanks hyper mobility!). So if you are thinking of taking the step of working with a personal trainer, do it, and definitely work with Meg. We upgrade our homes, our cars, our phones, etc; invest in your body because it really is the thing that will stay with you forever!

Meg is great to work with. She doesn’t just tell you what to do — she listens, checks in, and makes sure you’re working on the stuff that actually helps your body feel good and get stronger.

She’s really good at holding me accountable in a way that feels encouraging, not pushy. Even on days when I didn’t feel super motivated, she helped me show up and reminded me why it mattered.

Coach Meg is great!! She always knows what she is doing. She started by helping me get comfortable with my body and certain movements. She comes prepared for the workouts and sends them to me after so I can practice them alone as well. The gym is very nice, and has speakers for people that still want music while doing workouts.

I have worked with several trainers in my life, and Meg has been one of my favorites. Her style is all about improving your body's health and wellbeing.
