I just have to give a huge thank you to Patrick for everything he's done! His training program has been a total game-changer for me. Between the live workouts, the online videos, and all the support he provides, I've felt more motivated and on track than ever before.
One of the things I love most is how Patrick is always there to help me track my progress. He's super hands- on and makes sure I'm staying focused, which really helps me stay committed. And the recipes he shares? So good! Healthy eating has never been this easy (or tasty)!
Patrick has also shared a ton of helpful info on things like vitamins, diet, and workouts. I feel like I'm learning so much about my body and how to fuel it properly, which has made a big difference in my results.

Results: I got to my ideal weight by losing 15 pounds In nine weeks. Something I hadn’t been able to do in 13 yearsI I feel strong. I look great and it didn’t seem that hard! I consistently showed up for the workouts and followed the advice Coach Patrick and his team gave, and it worked like a charm. I love the group chat where we share our wins for the week, intentions, photos of our food, and generally encourage one another towards our goals. Started this program about a week ago and I am loving it so far. I can’t believe with a few small adjustments recommended by Coach Patrick, I’ve already lost 6 lbs! Putting the weight loss aside, I have more energy and feel great. The most helpful part of this program, is the fact that I have an accountability partner. I log in what I eat and my daily activities, which in itself, deters me from making bad choices in food. Coach Patrick is awesome! He really knows his stuff. He made the act of getting started for me so simple and that has been my biggest hurdle since being away from working out due to illness and life happening. I’m sure that story is relevant for many of us, am I right?? Well, his programs come in three amazing tiers and he really works to meet people where they are financially, if possible and fitness levels. I told him my long story of what I’ve been through and he seemed to really get it.
Investment in health is a worthwhile one, and I’m so glad I was connected to this opportunity to work with him. He’s what I’ve been looking for! He has a background in physical therapy and he’s a fitness coach, which is what I literally prayed to find. So excited to get started back on the journey to strength and wellness again. I started working with Patrick a month and a half ago and he has been a game changer for me. I've lost weight, lost body fat/gained muscle, have more energy and better mood.
