I was impressed with this gym. As someone who frequently drops into gyms while traveling, I appreciate the reasonable drop-in rate.

The facility is clean, well-lit, and equipped with a great selection of old-school equipment - everything you need for a good workout. 💪🏽

The staff is friendly, and I highly recommend this gym to serious fitness enthusiasts, you’ll appreciate the IRON!

I am glad a new gym came into town because this was my only option (that wasn't super old) when I moved over here.
Small gym and the equipment are OLD!! The teens take over the gym from 4-6pm and I don't think the owners care about their members but that is my experience. The during the evening do not clean the equipment. Go to Planet Fitness. Better deal.

Costal fitness is the best gym on this side of the coast if not farther, they always have the best staff and make it so easy to sign up for your membership. They’re always on top of the maintenance on their machines, and they answer any questions you have, to sum it up, they’re the best! ❤️ definitely 5 stars here!

First of all membership way too high for the equipment you guys have. It's not modern and for the amount of people in such a small gym, $40 to $50 is outrageous. You're basically robbing people. They're gyms with modern equipment that do not charge that and have classes available ranging between 15 to $25 if you decide to partake in the classes and you're really not offering any other services outside of showering and equipment that's outdated

It’s a decent gym and sadly the best one in town but they don’t reinvest at all. Same old equipment and there’s been a light that has been taken apart for at least 5 months. Also has no air flow and gets hot easily. There’s a lot of high school kids at certain times.

Finally, a place that allows 24 hour access! This place is best for bodybuilders since it's mostly weights, so if you're a bodybuilder, this place is awesome. I have been coming here for several years and I really feel at home here. The people are so friendly.
Edit: I removed one star because their wifi is terrible (sorry but it's true).

This place has everything ypu need for a complete weight lifting workout, plus they have cardio machines as well.

The restroom/locker room is huge.

Super friendly atmosphere and diverse crowd.

I was in town on business and I got a great workout while I was there.

Best small town gym I've ever been to. The older man who runs it keeps it super clean and it had absolutely everything you need for a amazing work out.
It made my Canadian Navy ships stop over in Coosbay much more enjoyable.

Very disappointing. It’s always crowded with high school kids who smell like they haven’t showered in a week, and there’s usually no air flow. Good luck getting any workout in at all around the 5pm-7pm time frame. I’ve had to leave before because there just wasn’t any room. The equipment is old and outdated, and there’s only one machine for just about everything except cardio. I paid for the 24 hour pass, but my code never worked in the 3 months I had a membership there. I talked to others about it, and they also said their code is finicky. What’s the point in paying extra if I don’t even get the benefits I’m paying for? I cancelled my membership at the beginning of July, but still got charged for another month at the beginning of August. I called in, and the front desk basically said ‘I don’t know why that happened, it says on my end it’s cancelled. Call back when the owners are here.’ And that’s it. Would not recommend.

The only half way decent gym in this town. Quite expensive for what you get but a monopoly is a monopoly. If a Crunch or a Planet Fitness ever opened in this city this and every other gym would cease to exist. The tanning salons would also go out of business overnight.

Good equipment and plenty of room. Extremely lackluster customer service. Had to pay a $15 late fee on top of my $55 membership even though they wouldn’t allow me to use the gym for the month I owed them. Went in and paid for the month I owed them (which I didn’t even get the service I paid for because they wouldn’t let me workout for that month like I said) and received an extremely rude employee lecturing me that I didn’t have to pay for the month I owed them because they weren’t going to allow me back anyway. Still payed for it though. Good job guys! Also, they gave me more money than they owed me one time (a whole $20 more than what they owed me) and I returned it because it was the right thing to do. Of course nobody within their staff could care about that. Love you guys! <3

I love this place! The staff and other clients are very nice and helpful. It's also very clean! The equipment is nice and in good working order unlike some other places I visited. The only thing I would change would be to add a few more amenities such as a pool and hot tub and maybe a tanning booth. However I think if the lockers were bigger and there was a little more storage in the locker rooms I would have given them five stars. 😁

I enjoy the back room alot. It's has mats covering the entire floor. You can close the door if you so choose and realy relax and stretch. A whole wall of mirrors give it a more spacious feal, although it's a great size.
The variety of equipment is good.
It's very clean and the price fits my budget.
So far I have found the new management and staff very friendly and helpfull.

The owner is NOT a nice guy!! If you have a legitimate complaint he will harass you until you leave the gym, which I can't wait until my membership is done!! Also, good luck going to a class because he can't seem to keep his instructors either. I would go anywhere but here!!
