Rude uncaring staff that ignore threatening patrons bullying other members. The machines are old, unvaried and limited meaning long waits to do basic workout routines. Insanely overpriced in the gym market pushing 300% more than average. Pools that are filthy and constantly full of old folks who push others out for their own comfort, if you like swimming in elderly juices by all means go swim. The owners run this place as greedy as possible while maintaining a dirty facility and literally promoting violence. Absolutely remove your support from this shameful joke of an establishment. Take your money elsewhere and support another gym that cares or just buy some home equipment and enjoy the great outdoors Florence has to offer for exercise.

i wish there were better gym options in town. i feel like im in an old folks home with limited equipment and no nice mirrors or workout racks . florence doesnt have much for other options either, i understand these people memberships pay the bills but for the size of the space it feels like its at or exceeding carrying capacity for social distancing and safety and equipment access. nothing personal but it shows there might be room in the market for another gym or for them to expand into a bigger space at some point. maybe its just packed full during summer season tho

Very kind and friendly staff, I adore them, but it seems that the showers frequently smell of urine, and some equipment on the gym floor has failed on me (not user error, a peg for one of the machines failed on me a few times)

Everything else besides the urine smell and the occasional equipment messing up is fine, but I wish there were more hygiene measures in place.

My partner and I come to the pool with our 11-year old daughter fairly frequently as kiddo absolutely loves to swim. The front desk ladies are always super sweet and welcoming, truly the best. The changing rooms have sauna which is my favorite part, I love that! The only real "issue" we've run into there happens toward the end of family swim time which is 8:30pm during the week. The lady employee who has that shift is always chomping at the bit to go home and frankly, it's super obvious. At 8 o'clock she'll start pulling the lane dividers out into the pool when there's still people in there, as well as start up the pool cleaning machine and running it before people are out. This has happened to us several times and is not just a one-off type thing. She's not overtly mean about it or anything but it just rubs the wrong way when you're paying for pool time and can't enjoy it fully because the employee is over the work day and wants to get out of there. My only advice would be to address her about this and instruct her to wait until 8:30 before she starts closing protocol if there are people in the pool. It comes off as rude and unprofessional in a situation which is otherwise 5 stars.

May 1 24 update :
Been a member for more then a year now ,
Learned to change up workout routines every month or two.
I admire the managements / owners - genuine - care - for the members and equipment
Locker and towel rental is very reasonable , especially by the month .
March 23 update ;
Been coming here for 2 months now , have not changed my opinion , I mainly attend the classes , i am feeling more and more rhythmatic , toned and flexible every week , thank you
So far this place is great , the aerobic style classes and instructors fit my needs to better health , the musical chairs class is more beneficial to the body then i can post here ,
Lap pool is 25 yards long another plus .

I’ve been using this gym for the week while visiting on a trip. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed using this gym; the facilities are great and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I especially love that there is a specific women’s-only room that makes exercising in a new gym a little less intimidating. The locker rooms are very roomy and the showers are great.

I stopped in here for a day pass while traveling the Oregon Coast and the facility is excellent. The customer service was amazing with a friendly greeting. The equipment is awesome and plentiful, and the locker rooms are spacious with a lovely sauna and good showers, changing rooms, etc. I even picked up a hoodie as a souvenir. The colors and selection they offer are nice and cozy.

For a small town gym, this place has a lot to offer. One of the best things they did for their establishment was hire Kathy. She is fun, keeps the energy up, and teaches classes that really make you push yourself but can still be modified for beginners. I have also hired her in the past as a personal trainer and it was worth every penny. I look forward to when you guys are fully operating again because I miss the sauna!

Schedules for gym use and classes are always available at the front desk, rates are great for all the access.
