I cannot express enough how much my girls have grown in the short time they have been with The Colony. The coaches are invested in making the gym a safe and enjoyable space for all athletes and are determined to provide top tier instruction. They are always ready to answer any questions and ease any concerns I may have as well as being understanding and respectful. My girls have not only learned how to be good cheerleaders, but their confidence and self esteem has shot through the roof.

I have 2 high energy youngsters. They needed this in their life so much, but can be a bit much. Mariah has been fantastic interacting with them. Listening to their interests while guiding their behaviors. My wife and I look forward to watching them in their classes each week.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Colony Athletics! This is our 5-year-old daughter’s very first year in cheer, and the coaches have been so patient and passionate in helping her learn. They take the time to make sure she feels comfortable and confident while also encouraging her to grow. The Colony has been such a good experience for our family! Our youngest daughter tried cheer once and fell in love with it! So when The Colony opened up it gave her the opportunity to take cheer to the next level!! Our other daughter seen what they were doing and how much fun they were having that she decided to try it and I’ve never seen her light up so much! The staff and coaches are all amazing and keep it a safe environment for the kids! I would recommend Colony to anyone interested in gymnastics or cheer!! Not to mention all the other fun classes they have to offer!

Our friend’s daughter cheered here last year and now mine does too. Colony is so great with all of the kids and abilities. The coaches are all so caring and knowledgeable and have a good balance of work ethic and fun. As a parent the prices are affordable and transparent for all star cheer. Last, but not least I LOVE that they have an abilities team and that the hive is inclusive for everyone 🐝

My daughter started tumbling at Colony Athletics and she loves it. Being a former gymnasts it was important that my child was taught the proper techniques and progressions. The coaches are very knowledgeable and make sure that the athletes are safe and not progressing until they hit those fundamental skills to build on. They create such a positive and team oriented atmosphere that my daughter has decided to try out for their competitive cheer team.

This program is in my opinion a 5 star for sure! With limited options for children in the area, this place is Amazing the coaches take excitement to a whole new level 🙌... my daughter loves being here and if was able she wouldn't leave ❤️ she has gained so much self confidence within herself from, from the coach taking time and showing her how much she believes in her. Im more then impressed with the one on one communication from coach to parent. I absolutely recommend to any and all who are giving thought....
