I like CVF it's local, not so many people, and I never have to wait. Friendly service especially Kathryn and if you ask anyone working out how to operate a machine everyone is really nice and helpful. Kathryn will help you all the time every time!

Katherine at the front desk in Coquille has some of the worst customer service I’ve seen. She is so incredibly rude to members and always is on someone for something very minor. I have heard from many other members about their bad experiences with Katherine. I wish I could give 0 stars.

Newer equipment that is very clean and easy to use. The sauna is absolutely wonderful and well taken care of. The staff is all very helpful and kind. It's 24/7 and has a key fob lock which keeps from just anyone walking in. Great place to work out!

This gym literally has everything you need to get in shape. Plus, a membership allows you to go to 2 other gyms! Bandon and bay area! Crazy deal for a low price!

This place has everything you need, free weights, treadmills, ropes, true striders, machines of all kinds to work different parts of your body, they even have sledge hammers! It is also very cheap and a casual place. There are also personal trainers and yoga. Would recommend to people of all ages.

Clean, easy to get access to equipment (not fighting 4 people for a treadmill). Needs some updating in the weights, decor. Getting a great work out with older dumbbells, however;) ☆☆☆☆Update: All new equipment just arrived!!!!

Overall a poor gym; dirty,broken, and old equipment. Has a foul smell generally and there is usually one or two obnoxious people blasting music and grunting while they "lift". I wouldn't bring your family... Or come without your hepatitis vaccine
