Decent enough gym. Not a huge variety of options if more than 2 people are training the same muscles as you but over my 20 or so visits I never had to wait for something more than a set or so. Plus at $40 no contract, pretty tough to beat

I loved this little place. I was visiting and was able to get a month pass. Its a small gym but u start to recognize the same people and all are friendly. Ill be back for my trip next year!

Really disappointed with this place. It’s a small gym with limited equipment and very few options — not ideal if you want variety in your workouts. Management wasn’t great either. There’s only one shower, and during the short time I was there, I saw six people lined up waiting to use it. It was also extremely hot inside, and they only had a small fan running — honestly, it felt colder outside than in the gym. On top of all that, my partner canceled within the allowed 3-day period, was promised a full refund, and never got it. If this is how they treat customers and run their facility, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I signed up for a membership here and canceled the next day, well within their 3-day full refund policy. Staff confirmed I would receive my money back — but weeks later, no refund was issued despite multiple follow-ups. Their failure to honor their own written policy is unprofessional and dishonest. I would not recommend this business to anyone expecting transparency or reliability.

My bf and I decided to visit this gym and it was the best decision we made. We would like to thank the owners for their trust, with the convenient drop-in fee box, we were able to purchase a day-pass on a weekend without any employee present. We spent a whopping 10mins contemplating how grateful we were for the hot showers and how awesome the air ventilation was. While the equipment clearly is vintage style, it does have everything you need to get a proper workout in. The owners got the small things right, that even the big chains fail to provide regularly from dozens of clean wiping rags over functioning spray bottles to hot showers. They have thought of everything.

Having a busy schedule I do not always take time for meals. I had decided to supplement with protein shakes from here! My first shake took half hour to obtain ! Due to visitors with staff!
Decided to try again, 2nd visit also took half hour to obtain my shake, person at counter started my order then stopped for 10 minute visit with another customer.
One last try!
Girl at counter not well trained kept referring to manual, then took a phone call putting my order on hold! I told her I’d come back for my order, went and got gas, went to post office, and returned! My order had not yet been started!! I canceled my order and left and won’t be back for my daily $5 drink !! Say goodbye to my $140/mo ! Not to mention 3 friends who planned to do the same!!

They need to keep the gym cooler, I come in the evenings and it's colder outside than inside without any ventilation. The upstairs area where the treadmill and bicycle and elliptical is even hotter. All they have is two tiny fans up there that don't do anything when your getting your cardio in. Super frustrating that the cleanliness isn't that great either. Does anyone even work here?

This place is sweet. I was visiting from out of town and just wanted to get a couple of workouts in, but the staff, protein shakes, optional 24 hour access - was all way more than I expected. The price is super reasonable, and the protein shakes are simple but good (gotta get those recipes sometime). Smaller building but decent quality equipment and really good variety. Wish there was a core394 one in my hometown!
