I love my gym. I love the instruction to do the movements correctly, the encouragement to go on. The comradeship with my gym mates and the opportunity to compete against myself safely with them. I love being CrossFit sore. It makes me feel powerful and beautiful.

Stopped in from out of town and the environment was very welcoming! The workout and coaching was amazing. They had variations for the workout so all fitness levels could push themselves and get a good workout in. Our go to place when we visit family!

Absolutely love this gym and the community it offers! All the coaches are amazing! They really pay attention and work with you on form so you learn the moves properly. They always encourage you to push harder in a kind and supportive way! All the members are always friendly and treat you like you belong! I highly recommend this gym if you are looking for a place to not only get in shape but have a good time while doing it, and building lasting friendships!
