I never write reviews, but just wanted to show the community, and spread word that this gym is very good. I dropped in to workout, and was greeted by the owner Dave. He is very kind, knowledgeable, and will help you with anything you need. There is a lot of space to workout, and the gym has all of the right equipment that you need to get a good session in. Very satisfied and will continue to come back when I am in the Roseburg area.

Outstanding gym! Everyone there is very encouraging and team oriented. The coach is absolutely amazing! I recently had surgery and he has been very helpful in scaling my workouts to what I can do safely.

I have read how good this place is but the guy who helped me over the phone was rude and very unprofessional! Talk about rude service!! After talking to this rude guy, I guess this crossfit center doesn't deserve my time and money!!!

Five months in and I absolutely love it! The coach is professional and knows his stuff! Hell of a workout! The gym is spacious with plenty of equipment. The members are friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to see continued improvement and results. Seriously this crossfit gym rocks! There is no reason to contemplate joining, you won't regret it! Did I tell you I love it!
