Curves is a facility specially designed for women that features a complete 30-minute workout that is fun, fast, and safe. Curves has helped women around the world get healthier and stronger with our unique fitness solution. In just 30 minutes, you work every major muscle group through a proven gym program of strength training, cardio and stretching. When you get stronger increase your flexibility and work to prevent injury - you're setting the stage for a healthy, more active future. As a member, you can take as many classes as you'd like. Our gym classes range from low to high intensity, which means you can always find a program that works for you.

I love curves because the staff is super friendly, helpful and so upbeat. After a workout, I feel so energized, ready to start my day, and a sense of accomplishment. I have never enjoyed exercise, but this is so different and enjoyable as I strive to achieve new life long healthy habits. I also enjoy the upbeat music as we go around the circuit. I have also enjoyed meeting the ladies here as I work out. It has been a lot of fun and is getting easier for me to get here each day. Thank you for the encouragement.

This is a wonderful exercise program for those who have given up hope. After a couple of workouts I began to get my confidence back, my balance was better and I started to enjoy life again. My suggestion is get off that couch, put down that phone or remote and go by and see Christal and the gang today. They have a wonderful special join the club going on this month. Trust me you have nothing to loose but your immobility! Iβm so glad for my Curves!

I love Curves because it is simple, fun and effective. Belonging to Curves gets me to exercise 3x a week in an ultra friendly and encouraging environment. The owner and employees couldnβt be more accommodating and enjoyable to be around! Love it!
Iβm adding that I signed up for the MyZone tracking and it has upped my exercise. I now push myself even more. Super fun!

I have been coming to Curves since the beginning of March 2025. Since this time I have lost 24 pounds and several inches. I have lost many pounds of fat, including visceral fat, and gained pounds of strong lean muscle. I enjoy the group participation, friendly faces and coachβs encouragement. I also love getting a good workout in just over a half hour (must include cool down stretches). Thank you Curves - Iβm almost 1/3 to my goal . πΈβ€οΈπΈ

My doctor recommended that I add strength training to my exercise routine, but I didn't want to go to a traditional gym. I decided to check out Curves in Corvallis. I've been going for almost a year now and really enjoy it! I've gained muscle and feel a lot stronger now. Christal makes it fun to come in and work out each week. The ladies are very supportive of each other and you can get a complete workout done in 30 minutes, which is awesome!

Now that I've retired, I appreciate Curves more than I ever have. It's always been a supportive, friendly space, but now the circuit gives me my primary exercise/movement and movement is the secret to health. I've never been one that loves to exercise but Curves is time-boxed into 30 minutes and 30 minutes is easy for anyone.

When you walk into curves it's not like any gym I've ever seen. It's a group of women just like you and me trying to make a difference in our personal lives. You walk in and instantly your part of something, Something amazing. I go three times a week and it's worth it. Coaches are available throughout your work out and are very encouraging. I rejoined Curves last August! Best thing I have done for myself in a long time (maybe 15 years or more). I feel so much healthier, sleep better, have more energy, more self confidence and on top of all that I have made some friends!! I love the feelings of support and camaraderie when I work out here! I work one day a week on Mondays which prevents me from going to Curves and am hoping to switch my work day to Thursdays (when Curves is closed) so I can get another workout day in!!!

By far the best gym Iβve ever been to. The ladies that work there are so nice. I feel comfortable and safe, and not judged at all. Itβs never crowded, and thereβs lots of opportunities for 1:1 coaching. It has helped me get back into shape after suffering a stress fracture almost two years ago. Theyβre very accommodating and just want the best for the gym members! I signed up for the 16 week program and didnβt plan on staying afterwards since there is a gym on the OSU campus, but I decided to stay after my 16 weeks ended because of the amazing and supportive environment.

READ THE FINE PRINT! 188.00 dollar lesson for me:/ I did not catch that I would not receive a refund if I canceled after 3 days! I canceled after 6. I have history with Lyme disease and a 360 back fusion. The fast pace of the circuit training, and necessary hard push on the hydraulic machines to get the hissing sound (according to instructions given to me) did not suit my need for slow and careful form for lifting and to prevent twisting. I experienced worse pain after working out on these machines. I was disappointed that my request for refund was met with complete refusal.

The perfect gym for the out-of-shape introvert. They have a great, clean, setup. Coaches make sure you really know how to use everything before they leave you on your own, and there is always a coach keeping watch in case you need a refresher. Everyone - from staff, to other members - are very polite and friendly, while still giving you space to do your thing. The vibe is fun, but not over the top, and the music is a blend of chart topping pop from different decades including today. Thereβs a good variety of classes you can choose to take, on top of the regular circuit workout; and the monthly coaching session is the perfect, gentle push of accountability. The private community group on FB that comes with the membership keeps you informed of important updates, as well as some virtual classes you can try at home - which is really nice if you want to practice a little to get the hang of things before taking the classes in person. They also have extra activities like hikes and marathons for members. Everything is at your own pace, your own comfort level, your own schedule. It really is great.
