Welcome to DCFIT!
Located in Talent, OR, I offer group classes focused on Mobility, Strength, and Power, as well as personalized 1:1 sessions.
My personal training programs are tailored to your unique goals, combining physical training with mindset shifts to ensure strength and confidence in all areas of your life.
We also provide specialized Prenatal and Postpartum Training to support mothers at every stage!
At DCFIT, every workout is designed to honour the body and celebrate all that you are capable of!

I am so thankful to Danielle for my postpartum journey and recovery. Not only did she help me heal and connect back to my pelvic floor, but she created a space for my heart and soul to readjust to the new me that is a mom. She connected me to other new moms and even let my baby come to class and would hold her if she got fussy while I was finishing reps. Forever grateful!!

Danielle is AMAZING. she provides thoughtful workouts and always has a great playlist to match. She keeps you motivated the entire class. She has a perfect balance of pushing you while still making sure you are safe and listening to your body. I really appreciate that she provides modifications and keeps vibes high. Danielle is super inspiring and offers amazing workouts, both boot camp and mobility training sessions rock and we always get to enjoy awesome tunes that carry us through the workout. I’m not going to lie: she doesn’t go easy on us but she gives very good, clear instructions and she has a great variety of exercises and every training session is well rounded; the hour goes by so fast and every muscle gets worked, even the ones I didn’t even know I had!!

Danielle is a phenomenal coach! She coached at a gym I went to for a while and I just loved her energy and kindness. When she branched off on her own and created DCFIT, she offered a 5 day challenge that I immediately jumped on. She spent time on the phone with me to review my goals. Her workout videos for the challenge were so good and so different from what I would do at a gym. Everything she does is so genuine and with the intention of engaging and teaching us more about our bodies. 10/10 recommend!

Danielle is an amazing coach and creates an inviting, fun and incredibly motivating space. I've done classes, individual sessions and one of her online 21 day challenges. Her property is a real treat to work out at! Every time I am amazed by how much she gets out of me and how educated she is about the human body and movement. She's able to dial in and guide me no matter what issue I come with. She has a true gift to meet people where they are at, is a real genuine beacon of support and has helped me move mountains around my limiting beliefs about exercise and what I'm capable of. What a positive force she is and the community is lucky to have her!!
