I've been working with Dustin since July of this year and he's helped me make some incredible progress. He's really great at pushing you, finding a balance between making adjustments to keep you motivated and letting you know when/why it's important to stay disciplined through what might feel mundane.

On top of being a knowledgeable and supportive trainer, if you're anxious like me, he's also just a really good human and easy to be around.

I know shopping for a trainer can be daunting with all the options but I'm telling you, you would be missing out if you don't give Dustin a shot.

I worked with Dustin. He was so professional right from the start. He asked me about my goals. From there he created a weekly workout routine. No two sessions were ever the same. He was so encouraging during every session, even when I couldn’t do some of the exercises. He would easily pivot and modify it, so that I could do it. I highly recommend Dustin if you are looking for a trainer. Definitely worth it!

Dustin is a knowledgeable and reliable fitness trainer with a great sense of balance between compassion and pushing you harder. He keeps workouts interesting and is easily able to adapt exercises for injury. I used to go to a big name fitness place and I was surprised how unhelpful the so-called trainers were. There is a huge difference in the staff at Fit Pro Metro. Dustin is tuned in to exactly what regime you need to attain your goals and he is an incredible motivator and listener.

I started working with Dustin in mid-September 2022. I was looking for someone that was knowledgeable, could keep things interesting, and would keep me accountable. Also, having set up a home-gym I was also looking for someone who was flexible enough to train me in my own space. Dustin has hit the mark in every aspect. He’s been able to keep me consistent, make progress, and maintain momentum even through injuries and ailments I’ve sustained. We workout together 3x a week, but he also sends me workouts to complete on my own on the “off” days or if I’m traveling. One thing I’ve appreciated about Dustin’s tailored approach with me, is the way he’s proven that results can still be achieved without the need for multiple days of high intensity sessions. In the roughly 3 months we’ve worked together, I’m down 36 lbs (with 12 more to go), and I’m back to a 32 waist, all while putting on muscle. I’d certainly recommend working with Dustin if you have the chance.

I contacted Dustin (along with other Personal Trainers) prior to moving to this area. After meeting with Dustin and discussing my goals with him, I decided to go with him as my trainer.

I've been training with him since March - usually twice a week - and have enjoyed learning and improving the whole time. While Dustin has been my trainer - I've had a chance to interact with several other trainers from the same facility who were happy to give a tip or encourage me as I moved towards my goals.

Despite a couple of non-lifting injuries that prevented me from lifting for ~1 month, Dustin helped me come within 20lbs of my 3-lift goal this year - I am stronger than I've ever been.

Dustin was referred to me by my physical therapist following a total hip replacement. I’ve worked with many physical therapists over the years due to chronic hip issues and became hyper aware of form and my need to modify most exercises. I was leery of a personal trainer vs a physical therapist but Dustin completely squashed that concern. I’ve gotten more out of my time training with Dustin than I have many physical therapists. I’m not training in preparation of my other hip replacement and couldn’t be more impressed with the results of this investment. Working out is fun with Dustin and I enjoy going. He’s personable, encouraging, sympathetic, relatable and most of all, makes me feel comfortable during in a vulnerable space. I can’t recommend him and his gym enough.

Dustin is a very educated and skilled personal trainer. I started training with him after a surgery. He has creatively modified exercises for me when necessary. Dustin helped me track and update my nutrition in a way that was do-able and worked with me on creating an exercise routine that I could realistically manage while planning my wedding and attending medical school. We worked together regularly for 3 months leading up to my wedding and I ended up strong and beautiful in my body on my big day. Dustin is awesome! He’s professional, knowledgeable, non-judgmental, and truly invested in helping his clients reach their goals. He works with a diverse group of clients (i.e., different ages, body types, fitness levels, etc), which shows his incredible ability to design and adapt a plan to what the client wants and needs rather than force one style on every client. His approach to fitness is sustainable and realistic. He’ll give you a plan you can actually stick to through calm and busy times and he’ll check in with you like a friend. I’ve been working out with a trainer for over 20 yrs. everyone has their own style and philosophy’s of course- I’ve seen/heard them all. And while there is always some useful nugget, most trainers miss the mark by a little (or even a lot). Dustin LeGrady knows his stuff and really approaches each client individually. Listens to your goals and pays attention to the details. Best of all, he delivers results!! Wish I could keep him my secret but he’s too good at what he does not to share. I came in to Dustin for my poor balance. He evaluated me and designed a specific program for that problem. I wasn't put on machines except for the incline bike to warm up and sometimes on the treadmill to practice my core walking... I leave for 6 mos.and he has emailed over to a personal trainer what my workout schedule was so Ann can continue with me in AZ. Between balance exercise and core training I pick up my feet, I am able to catch myself much better if I do trip, and walk a lot straighter. I came after 2 rounds of cancer..4 1/2 years apart..it had left me very weak and unsteady on my feet when waking..falling a lot. I have not fallen since I started and have so much more confidence...tbank you Dustin

I am not a working athlete by any means. I am an athletic Joe with a full time job. I played sports in high school, but had not kept in shape after that. I started to train with Dustin to get in shape for my wedding! I trained for 3 months, twice a week with Dustin and I was astonished at the results! I was very surprised how much my body had atrophied and weakened. Dustin's attentiveness to my body's endurance and strength level was amazing during training sessions. He pushed my body to adapt quickly, but did not overwork anything. I highly recommend training with a trainer to get serious results. I would not hesitate to contact Dustin in the future for fitness goals, and I definitely recommend him as a great all-around trainer!

Value people, value. As a lifelong gym rat, I see other trainers at 24 hour fitness chatting with their clients and killing time - this is called an expensive friend or therapist light. From start to finish you are working your a$$ off with Dustin and he has specific ideas about what you will be doing that session. I think the greatest benefit has been overall core strength improvements that has made lifting outside of our sessions much more enjoyable and feel more stable. On top of that, he is decent person - what else could you want?

After 2 kids and putting them and my husband before my needs, I finally made the decision to begin with a personal trainer last August. I met with Dustin and we had a great connection, someone that I could really work with. In his "12 week to a better you," I lost.... 12 lbs. Not what I was hoping for and, frustrated, I turned to him for advice. We sat down and had a long conversation about trying different diets, etc. I have only lost 25 lbs total, but the body and mental change beats the weight any day. It's so hard for women to not be focused on the scale, on our clothing size and we continue to think "if we could just lose 10 lbs," or "if only I could fit into a smaller size, then I'd be beautiful..." mindset. But getting stronger and lifting weights that you didn't think you could ever lift is more powerful than those thoughts. I began and couldn't hold a plank for 15 seconds- now we are holding them for 2 minutes.... it's powerful when your boys say "wow, mom- you have muscles!" I continued with Dustin after the initial 12 weeks because I was confident that I will be able to meet my goals with him. I urge any woman who is ready to put yourself first to contact Dustin. We work out in a group of women and you won't find a better group- we encourage, laugh, challenge, and push each other. We would love to have you join us!

Dustin is terrific!!
I have been training with Dustin for a few months now. He is knowledgeable, positive, flexible, and knows that we are all individual as far as progress and goals. He is able to assess where you are with your fitness and able to safely advance your training program. He is also flexible and can accommodate health issues. I recently had gall bladder surgery and he was able to readjust our training schedule to safely resume my training. I also have a job where I need to adjust my schedule at times, and he is flexible with this as well. I highly recommend Dustin for training. He is credentialed, has experience... fun, upbeat, and you are the priority. His group classes for women are fun and challenging as well. Thanks Dustin!
