I’ve had the privilege of training with Seth for over 7 years. What makes him stand out is not just the knowledge and expertise in fitness, but also the patience, dedication, and personal attention given to every session.
From strength training to form correction, from motivation on the tough days to celebrating milestones, Seth has been a constant guide and inspiration. Training never felt repetitive because every workout was thoughtfully planned and tailored to my goals and progress.

I am short of words to describe how amazing of a person Seth is, and he is also one of the best trainers in Beaverton/Hillsboro area.
I took personal training under Seth, and it was totally worth it! He is communicative, punctual, and always motivates you to get the best results out of you. I struggled with weight loss for many years, but I achieved it with confidence only after Seth trained me.

My family has trained with Seth for 15 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and curtailed our training depending on what our needs were. He was pivotal in helping my son reach his goals of playing college basketball and curtailed specific workouts to help me train for endurance for a triathlon. I would highly recommend Seth!

Seth is really an awesome trainer. He customizes work out plans as per customer needs. I was advised by my physiotherapist to work on strengthening my lower body.
Seth slowly built a plan that not only helped with my leg pains but also enabled me to workout on my own.
Seth is very compassionate, caring and very knowledgeable in his craft.

Seth is very concious of my physical ailments. I came here with weak, titanium knees, and normal but weak hips and shoulders. We've been working on strengthening all three. My knees and hips are almost strong enough to go up stairs like a normal person. We're working through an almost frozen shoulder. He gives me an exercise and then backs off a bit if he sees my shoulder can't handle that one yet. He has been awesome! I love to hate him. 😉 🤣

Seth is a fantastic trainer and phenomenal human being. Knowledgeable and adaptable to the variables phases of life we’ve been through over the past 5+ years. Currently receiving assisted stretching and body tempering services for myofascial health and have used his personal training services for specific goals over the years. He’s helped me stay injury free and forward focused with next level adaptability as a personal trainer and body worker. I truly couldn’t ask for better! I am back to skiing at a surprisingly high level and looking forward to many more years of activities!

Lots of experience and has an expansive amount of knowledge on the fitness, nutrition, and mental well being. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for affordable personal training
