This gym is a weight lifting gym founded on what I do best “empowering” others to be all they can be internally and externally.Whether you’re wanting to improve your overall structure to your physique, your strength, or aesthetics. We offer 1:1, group sessions and classes to fit ALL your needs.
We also do contest prep for those who are interested in competing in bodybuilding.

I can’t say enough good things about this gym! Carrie, the owner, is one of the most helpful, caring, and genuinely kind people I’ve ever met. She truly goes above and beyond. The workouts are not only amazing but also motivating and fun. The group of women who go here are just as incredible: supportive, inspiring, and uplifting. It’s the best way to start my morning and sets the tone for my whole day.

I just started at DNA and I love it! I look forward to working out every morning and never felt that way in my life. Carrie is amazing and truly cares about you echeiving your fitness and individual goals. The ladies are great that workout here and very supportive. I can probably go on I'm excited to se my gradual results here .Carrie knows her stuff! I regret not coming here a long time ago.

I have been trained by Kristian for six years now and I have a love hate with my training days! I love knowing my form is watched continuously and corrected if need be. Additionally, the hour of training is packed, and results can be seen! It can be a tough hour, but I always walk away with a sense of accomplishment!

My boys started training with Kris a few years ago. He’s absolutely wonderful with them. Makes workouts challenging and fun and gets them to max their potential. I started working with him shortly after they did and the progress I’ve made is beyond expectations! We have to continually make new goals as we crush the existing ones!

My mom and I have been working out with Kristian for a while but we have been especially enjoying our time spent at DNA Glute Lab under Kristian's guidance. The range of machines here is awesome and you're sure to be terribly sore for days after (whether you see that as a good or bad thing is up to you). I think Kristian does a really good job training females in particular and completely trust him. He is so pleasant to be around. I also enjoy the community I have gotten to be a part of since working out with him. If you're interested in personal training- you should give this place a try! I heard their classes are great too if personal training isn't your niche.

I have been going to DNA Glute Lab, and I have to say, it's been an amazing experience! This small gym has a really welcoming vibe, and you can tell that everyone is there to support each other.
Carrie, the trainer, is absolutely the best! She really knows her stuff and is super motivating. She tailors workouts to fit individual goals, and her enthusiasm makes every session enjoyable. I've already seen great progress in my strength and form thanks to her guidance.
The focus on glute training is unique, and the specialized equipment they have is perfect for targeting those muscles. If you're looking for a personal touch in your fitness journey, I highly recommend checking out DNA Glute Lab!

Carrie has so much energy and I love it! Currently, she is helping my body be more aware of form and she gives me direction that is easy to understand. I take the tips and sorl on the same exercises solo, focusing on what she has taught me with my own body mechanics. I already have a degree in Exercise Science, but sadly have had injuries and not always aware of my form. You can tell he I passionate and knowledgeable. Not only does he one-ones with fair pricing, but she has group classes you can drop in. I can recommend her to just about anyone fhay has goals in mind.
