The lady's at the front desk were extremely helpful and informative and welcoming to us even as day pass holders which was only $10. One of the staff even got the steam sauna back up and running. Great facilities and not crowded. D.T.F is worth it either a local or passing through.

Wow, what a beautiful place with a lovely staff. Kylee helped give my wife and I a day pass for only $10 a person! The equipment is very well maintained and met two gentlemen there that complimented me on my workout. You can tell this place is the best gym in Roseburg by a long shot. Highly recommend coming back and it’s a bummer I only could stay for a day. I would definitely sign up for a membership if I lived here.

I've been a member for over 18 yrs. Love this gym. Always so clean, employees always nice. Now that I'm retired, I'm able to attend morning classes. The trainers, Deb, Dawn and Carolyn have been there many years and are the best! The new owners seem to enjoy their new business and are doing well.

This is a clean facility that’s locally owned and is always a safe & judgement-free place to workout at. The staff are very kind & welcoming as well.
Yoga classes, a tanning bed & steam rooms, a women’s-only workout room, and so many more incredible amenities make this gym stand apart from the rest.

I gladly pay a membership fee every month and I recently got a letter saying I have to pay an additional "maintenance fee" every year for the water, steam room, towels, as if the membership fee didn't already pay for that. Everything is expensive enough now days. Ive been going thrre for years but these greedy owners just lost my business.

Love the bathrooms, they were my favorite part of the gym however nearly everything else was seemingly a train wreck. The equipment is older and dirty, the entire gym is covered in Carpet! Carpet expires and this is definitely past it’s shelf life and Worst of all they charged my partners account after he cancelled saying he needs to keep paying for a few months after the cancellation and if he doesn’t they won’t cancel his membership. They were charging his account the whole time and claiming he wasn’t paying so they added fees, we have his bank statements showing downtown fitness was taking his money. Unfortunately we had to deal with a snappy receptionist so we paid their seemingly fraudulent fees so we didn’t have to deal with the harassment and disrespect from this gym any further. Considering reporting them to consumer affairs.

I am baffled! Never in my life have I dealt with such disregard, disrespect, and unprofessional from an employee as a client. After requesting that Amy cancel my account months ago my account is again charged not for the monthly rate but 3 X's the rate. On two separate transactions.

When I contacted Downtown fitness I was baffled by the level of disregard, unprofessional, and disrespect.

I requested the email or contact information of the person incharge of Amy to resolve these issues. Amy refused to provide me with any of the information. She went as far as blaming me for the issue and hanging up on me.

As I followed up to Speak with Debbie Amy again hung up on me.

After a 3rd call Amy said she would have Debbie call me back that she was with a client and again hung up on me.

I've held memberships at every gym between Roseburg and Sutherlin. Never have I had this issue with any business in my entire life. This issue still is not resolved.

I've never post a negative review in my life. The money missing from my account is a small issue compared to the Employee that has created it.

We go to the chiropractor that shares the space so my husband thought he’d check out the gym. The girl at the desk told him he’s only allowed to work out for 1 hr starting tomorrow due to new rules from the state, and he asked why that was but she responded with an attitude that it was on the paper he was looking at and then she proceeded to get more angry. He went outside and she followed and kept telling him that he better not come back inside. Rude and unprofessional! I thought for a minute she was a patron talking to a boyfriend or something, she sounded so mean, then I realized she was actually talking to my husband. She should be fired for that nonsense.

I travel a lot and of all the gyms I've been to I like this one the best. The decor looks a bit dated, but this gym is by far and away the most conducive for actually getting a good workout in. There is plenty of equipment and I never feel like there are too many other people to lift. They have all the equipment I could want. There are also some nice flexible spaces for making your own little circuit. There are also some nice conveniences like lockers with locks you don't have to pay extra for. I love love love this gym. It's a little more expensive than I usually pay, but it's worth every penny. If you're serious about working out it's the way to go.

Yesterday I started my week free trial! My friend and I came in to try out yoga and was greeted by a bee sweet and nice blonde girl behind the counter!

When I was looking around there was another employee with short brown hair I believe she was named aime! She was very rude and unwelcoming I’m having trouble having confidence to work out anyway and she had the worst attitude towards my friend and me! Didn’t have good customer service

I've had nothing but good experiences with this gym. The staff is friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean and well set up. There is a women's only area in addition to the main floor of weight machines. The cardio machines are always in good repair, there are lots to choose from and there are four large screen TVs with sound available at each machine via headphones. There is even a small boxing area. Great facilities, excellent staff.

I bin going to down town fittnes for 3 weeks the one guy who works there that is in shape I don't know how he keeps his job I asked him about a glove for my hand I am missing fingers and it hearts to work and I ask him he said he did not know I could go on eBay or the net last time I looked it was a gym he should of said yes i have this magazine or how about go to big 5 or this other store I know not I don't know!!! WoW thanks for the help if they can afford to pay somebody for that
they need to hire me I would at least know what I'm talking about and get a spake in every body when I went to gold gym I would light up the place and get every body going you will see after. A while sorry for the comment but dude is LAZY and very unperfeshunal need help
