I was traveling for the weekend, and stopped in for a drop in class. Awesome gym, the coaches and members I met were great. If you’re looking to start CrossFit, or are a CF athlete looking for a workout, I highly recommend checking out Eagle Cap!

Only been a member a week but it’s been amazing so far. Looking forward to continuing attending as many classes as possible to stay in shape, but more importantly, to keep my mental health in check through strenuous exercises and being around friendly people!

As someone who doesn’t really enjoy workouts in a group setting, I was very hesitant about working out at Eaglecap CrossFit. Much to my surprise, everyone who attends and works at the gym is very nice and non judgmental, and honestly, so encouraging no matter what level of fitness you’re in! Love this place and the people in it!

Had a fantastic time today at Eagle Cap. Hunter is a great guy and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Fantastic gym with top of the line equipment and I am looking forward to attending regularly
