Pam at check-in was absolutely RUDE from the second we walked in. Paid a high price to be a guest in the Eagle Crest community, only to be treated incredibly poorly. Would consider hiring someone else for the position. Every other patron present felt the same sentiment.

When you check in they will give you one towel that is basically the size and thickness of a large dish towel. After one swim and drying off, it is completely soaked through. When you go in and ask for another "towel" (if you can even call it that) they flat out tell you no. They told me they are short on towels every day that I visited and the ladies at the desk were super rude about it. If you don't have enough towels available then tell your guests they need to pack towels. Please order new towels that are true towels and please order enough! And train your staff to be nice while you are at it.

Sad what this place has become. It's SO outdated. The staff at the front make you feel like you're doing something wrong.. ALWAYS. We've been timeshare owners for years, and every single time we go we're questioned. "Are these your children?" "Is this your name on the card?" Everytime I inform them I think it's ridiculous they question us at the entrance. Their excuse is "we've had people bring people in without paying" or "people have used other people's cards to get in". Not my problem. You work at a pool, you are not a police officer. Scan our card, and don't question our intentions.
The older women that have worked their for years have trained the younger seasonal staff to be robo cops.Sad.

I like the sports center, but the young man working the front desk turned us away because we did have our own card with us. Said we could go online and fill out guess passes. We went to the site and it was shut down, or just was not working.
I am very disappointed in the staff, if you hand out information to customers make sure it is accurate.

Fairly large sports center. Pool is outdoors, moderate sized, but not crowded. Surrounded by green lawns for sunbathing. Has hot tubs and a sauna. The weight room has no weights, only machines, but a good selection of those. There are also indoor tennis courts and handball courts. They also have bikes available for rent.
