If you are looking for top notch training to improve performance, prevent injury, decrease pain, or simply improve quality of life, I highly recommend these guys! They have knowledge above and beyond the average personal trainer and will work with you on movement patterns specific to your body and your needs.

I am so glad I found Elemental fitness. I was refered to elemental from my chiropractor after years of suffering from back pain. Chris has a wealth of knowledge about how the body works and moves which has helped correct some of the problematic ways I use my body. After a year of training and feeling much stronger and healthier, I tried going back to LA Fitness. Within two months, I came back to Elemental because of how much better of a gym it is and I am very glad I did.

I was a member here until I moved too far away to continue. There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t miss it and miss the excellent training from Gabe.
Update: Chris, the owner, reached out to me following my review above and let me know they
do “distance training” too...I’m going in Friday for an assessment (because I happen to be in town but it’s not necessary) and get back at it. Thanks Chris!!

I've never been serious about fitness prior to going to Elemental Fitness Lab. Despite the usual worries heading into my first session, I felt comfortable in the space right from the start. Blaine has been awesome: just the right balance between encouraging when I need it but also being critical about form and technique when it is for my safety. My personal goal was just simply to be healthier, but a friend asked me if I had been working out so obviously there are other benefits as well!

Not your average gym. The owner and his hand selected trainers actually care about you, as a person, improving your physical fitness and how this impacts your overall well-being. No up-selling you some protein powder you don't need and you don't feel like it's a testosterone filled sweat house. The trainers take each person through a comprehensive evaluation of how your everyday movements are either hindering you or contributing to your health. Then when you come back for workouts, they're easily accessible to help you refine your technique even more. It's a breath of fresh air and a nice alternative to "the gym."
