I love empire fitness. I have been a member for a couple years. With 24 hour access, you can plan your workouts around your busy work schedule. This is a locally owned establishment. The owner, Eric, offers great personal training. He worked with my schedule whether we were meeting at 6am or 6pm. He catered ny program around my specific needs. This is a nice intimate gym that is never too crowded. No waits for your favorite machines. I highly recommend!

I love gyms like these. Gyms like this feel like home, everything is always there when I get there and when I leave I have a good warm feeling knowing my next workout is gonna be great because of the feeling of comfort I get from the gym.

Great environment, great owners, great equipment, 24/7 gym access, good wifi, friendly environment and people, and just a great place to grind for the gains.I've gotten amazing gains working out here and will continue to as long as I can!

Do not let the size of the gym fool you. This is a great place to work out and the "smallness" just leads to a better fitness community. It's nice to have a place that gives you 24 hour access and the leisure to work out when you want to and not in the certain hours of the larger gyms. Make sure to check it out

Impossible to cancel! Over priced and crowded. Don't bother wasting your money here!

I am most certainly not fake! I was a guest multiple times under my boyfriends membership. I had to fill out and sign the paperwork and pay every time I joined him. Why did I have to pay and fill out paperwork work if they weren't even going to keep track of it and who comes in the gym.

WARNING! DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE! Not only is is extremely overpriced, crowded and the equipment is basically hugging each other, it's impossible to cancel. Eric has refused to cancel my membership for months. I've called, email and sent a written letter requesting to cancel. Still nothing. I've been forced to work with my bank to stop him from charging my Credit Card. I should have known from his constant comments about how much money he has to spend supplying the gym with cleaning materials. The membership fees have gone up even higher. It's not worth the money, trust me! Go somewhere else, anywhere else. This place is a huge scam and he's a fraud.

I have been to this gym a few times and the owner Eric is very personable and knowledgeable.. He has helped me a lot with my self esteem about my body image and has gave me a great workout routine and assisted me with many nutritional changes. I came to him to get some personal training after a 100 lb weight loss he has not only boosted my confidence but is helping me build muscles! I would definitely recommend him..5 ⭐️

First gym that I’ve really wanted to spend time in. Very clean, everyone, including members is very friendly. Day and night access, all year is a huge perk. Owners are lovely, always ready to answer questions. They are very knowledgeable and passionate about both the gym itself, and the proper way to get you to your goals. Though the building may be small, it offers many pieces of equipment that can provide you with nearly any style workout you wish to go for allowing you to achieve whatever your goals may be.

Overall, a great environment with owners who really care about the people who want to be there.

Small gym but still a fantastic place! It is almost never too busy that I have to fight with people over weights and the 24/7 access is super convenient. Both Eric and Vanessa are very friendly and helpful with any questions I may have. Eric does my personal training and is very good at showing/explaining to me the correct form of each lift to make sure I don’t hurt myself. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to get back into the gym after 4 to 5 years of not going at all. Both of them are very respectful of your time as long as you are respectful of their time! Eric’s gym policies are definitely in favor of the individuals who are using the gym. The only thing that was a little disappointing was setting up a nutrition plan because we only got through one meal and then I had to go and set up meals for the rest of the week. However, that being said, Eric definitely knows what he is talking about when it comes to health/nutrition. After about a month I exceeded my weight goal and lost 2% in body fat! Overall, this is a great gym with a very knowledgeable/friendly staff (Eric and Vanessa). I do highly recommend this place to anybody who is looking to get back into shape or stay in shape.
