My husband and I have been seeing John for over a year.
John is not your average trainer. This isn't some coached HIIT with an under-qualified cheerleader. This is precision performance, hands-on, thoughtfully developed training for anyone who wants to improve strength, fix posture, reduce/eliminate injury or build tendons and improve supporting muscular structure.
John is reliable and easy to work with. Excellent with communication, professionalism and problem solving. He's got some voodoo up his sleeve that'll fix even the most stubborn muscular irritations. I look forward to each an every session, knowing that I will be pushed past my own perceived limitations and walk out feeling like I could push a refrigerator up a mountain.

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but John is exceptional. He is a dedicated, passionate trainer who has made a huge difference in my wellbeing. My chronic back problems and other aches/pains have decreased significantly and now we are really starting to up my strength numbers. If you want substance and not flash, this is the gym.

I always wanted to find someone to train my son as I have no experience with it at all. John made my son feel very comfortable being an newbie coming in and was able to train him in a way I couldn’t. He also focused on my son’s nutrition as well and making sure he took care of his body. He taught him new activities and stretches that will help him in multiple different sports. Working with John was so easy and accommodating and I definitely recommend Eugene Personal Training for your children’s training needs.
