I love Eugene Yoga. I attend Jean's classes at Eugene Yoga South. Every class is unique, she is truly an amazing instructor. The people in the class are lovely as well. The studio itself is spacious and clean. Also, the Sound Meditation is wonderful as well.

I took “lunch and align” with Lauren Short last week online. It was exactly as advertised: gentle flowing poses, kundalini style breathing, and meditation. I felt peaceful and ready for the rest of my day! I even received a video copy of the class!

I’ve enjoyed dipping my feet into yoga at a few of the community classes on the south side studio. As someone who isn’t flexible I like how they take the time to help me out and adjust posters. I am definitely going to go more often.

This class was wonderful. I’ve struggled in Eugene to be welcomed in the Yoga community, but that was not the case here The instructor was wonderful, knowledgeable, and sequenced well. But beyond that, I actually felt welcome in the space, I will be returning..

Eugene Yoga is my sanctuary for mind and body. I have been a member since I moved to Eugene in 2015. My experiences with the instructors has been nothing short of wonderful. My favorite instructor, who I also call my friend is Jennifer Jameson. She has a calm and quiet demeanor, she is so awesome at tailoring our classes to meet individual needs. I rate Eugene Yoga a 10/10!

The teachers at Eugene Yoga don't just know how to do yoga, they know how to teach yoga to others. Always clear and kind, they've turned me into a devoted yogi. The studio is bright and airy--maybe because it's on the second floor of the building with big windows--and well ventilated even on the hottest days.

Highly recommend Eugene Yoga! Specifically, classes with Andrea Stafl are wonderful! For one, she teaches Iyengar Yoga, which is hard to find in the area. Two, Andrea is an educated, purposeful teacher who always has a smile for you. From the first class I felt comfortable and welcomed. I had not practiced in 3 years but felt right back at home with Andrea. I highly recommend Eugene Yoga, and Andrea Stafl.

Eugene yoga in the South Eugene Wellness Center (Tamarack) is a calm and rambly space; I appreciate the very open, bright, comfortable room in which the yoga nidra class occurs. Lisa Namyet is a lovely teacher.

As a regular yogi mostly new to yoga this year: The gentleness and elaborate attention to detail helps calm the mind and rejuvenate the inner compassion to all. The heart may be warmed through regular practice, the electricity of the spine may flow and love felt for all, kindness in my own vocal tone and awareness of self can bring smiles from strangers. Savasana (the resetting resting time where you feel your efforts were sufficent) at the end of class created muscle tremors which helpped relax the body and release built up tention I may not have realized I had. Each teacher has their own guiding light.

Your class is a haven from the tumultuous times we are living. For a woman so young you bring a lot of wisdom to your practice. I think that I started this journey because of the upcoming turbulent times. I decided to look inward and focus on the people around me, and those things that I can influence. Thank you for your warmth, skill and talent

I love Eugene Yoga! They have such a diverse offering of classes with incredible, unique instructors. Jordan’s Kundalini (Awaken Energy), Jean’s Vinyasa, Andrea’s Iyengar and Kim’s Hatha are only a FEW of my favorite classes on the schedule. The instructors are attentive and thoughtful, and are fountains of knowledge about anatomy and yoga philosophy.

At last, I’ve returned to yoga and I couldn’t be happier. These classes are relaxing, challenging, empowering, and bring a bright light to my day. I enjoy being able to buy a 10 session pass and choose with a click of the button which one I want to go to at my choice of locations.

Sign up and you won’t regret it!! So many choices! I look forward to more trainings and special events.

Jordan's yoga classes and workshops are like little gifts to yourself. An opportunity to experience acceptance and growth at the body/somatic level as well as inviting connection to self and spirit. Jordan creates a loving and light-filled space so naturally and with a sense of playfulness and focus on movement over words or over-explanation. Her classes are embodied, fun, and gentle and you might be lucky enough to hear a mantra or song to guide you through the day.

I moved to Eugene this past summer and went on the hunt for the best yoga studio. I tried out all the studios in town and found my place at Eugene Yoga. The teachers are full of knowledge, compassion, and creativity. There are 2 locations - I go to the 5th street market one (great location and free parking!) With a wide variety of classes you can find exactly what you are looking for; I love Laura’s vin/yin. The class is filled with power, strength and accompanied with an amazing playlist. Highly recommend ❤️

The variety of classes offered by Eugene Yoga has been so beneficial to my practice. I recently attended the "Cultivating Calm and Resilience" workshop with Cynthia Gayman. The amount of information covered in only a two hours was outstanding. Thank You Eugene yoga for continuing to offer amazing classes, teachers and workshops.

Must practice here! Or at least check it out! I was new to Eugene and Eugene Yoga was the first place I found connection. Attended various classes downtown and south Eugene studios. Instructors were always informed technicians with helpful instruction. Practicing at Eugene Yoga became a healing and grounding “treat” for myself during a significant upheaval in my life. 5 Stars!

We are from Denver and did a little yoga tour in Eugene and checked out three different yoga studios. We loved this one the most! Laura Black is one of the best teachers we've had the pleasure of attending a class with in a really long time. We are very active in the yoga community and appreciated Laura's queuing, music, flow, and warmth. She even threw in a pose that neither my partner nor I, who both teach yoga, had ever seen! Next time we're in Eugene we will be back 🙏

I have been going to Eugene Yoga for about 6 years minus COVID. I truly enjoyed the 6:30 a.m. class but have adjusted to the 9 a.m. class. A body in motion stays in motion.
