Angie is an attuned, friendly, and versatile trainer who meets you where you're at and always makes you feel genuinely awesome. With a measured blend of sports intelligence, magic, and grit, she somehow manages to offer both the pep in your step you didn't know you needed while also providing a practiced and scaffolded structure that's both individualized and universally useful. Her strengths based approach supports you to discover your own goals and confidence at the gym, and you walk away from sessions with an extra glow and sense of heck-yeah-toughness. Angie is masterful at making everything approachable, non- intimidating, challenging and exciting all at once. I wish I could put her in my pocket and take her with me everywhere I go but her space is also terrific so for now I'll keep going to her gym instead.

You NEED Angie in your life!
I cannot say enough great things about my awesome fitness trainer! From day one she's had the perfect mix of expertise and encouragement. She took the time to meet with me, asked about my fitness goals, and she really listened.
What really stands out about Angie is her kindness and nonjudgemental attitude. No matter where you're starting from, she makes you feel confident and motivated to keep going. It's honestly a breath of fresh air.
I consulted and began working with Angie because I wanted to get fit and, as a lady in her 50s, knew I needed to get serious about resistance/weight training. I'd messed about on my own long enough and had made little progress. Time to call in an expert! She is not only making me stronger, but designs workouts that also focus on improving flexibility and balance as well.
If you're looking for someone who is not only professional but also genuinely supportive and caring, Angie is the gem you've been looking for. Highly recommended!

Angie is a fantastic trainer. Regardless of where you are at she’ll work with you to develop a plan to achieve your goals. I’ve been training with Angie for a few years - if you are looking for some who will teach you how to become sting and fit, motivate you and can tailor a plan for your goals you need to work with Angie.

I've been working out with Angie for something like seven years (?) now. She is the gold standard for personal training as far as I'm concerned - she knows her stuff, she's motivating (but not in that gross, fakey way), she actually really cares about your fitness goals, she's genuine and sweet and hilarious. An absolute gem.
My years with Angie have dramatically changed my life - when I started with her I was a complete fitness novice and overweight. She helped me lose 100 pounds -and keep it off- but more importantly, she made me stronger, fiercer, more confident, and practically unstoppable. You simply WILL NOT find a trainer better than Angie. Like EVER.
Five stars is lame - I want to leave sixty three!

I worked with Angie for 4 years, and the results have been absolutely amazing! From the very first session, she took the time to really understand my goals, fitness level, and any concerns I had. Angie is incredibly knowledgeable, always explaining exercises with clarity and making sure my form is perfect to avoid injury.
What I appreciate most is how Angie tailored every workout to meet my specific needs and challenges. Whether it’s strength training, cardio, flexibility, or nutrition advice; she created a program that was challenging, fun and rewarding.
