During my time with charity i absolutely loved her classes! Her energy and motivation always push me to give my best during the workouts. The variety of exercises keeps things interesting, and I felt myself getting stronger and healthier with each session. I appreciate how she personalize the workouts to help me reach my fitness goals. Charity is the real deal! Bona fide certified and medical trainer. She shepherded me through poor health to dramatically increased strength and stamina. I had an impingement in my shoulder and she knew through her intensive education how to improve my strength, reduce weight, and improve stamina without further injury. Don’t waste time and money on fake influencers. She cares about her clients and will take care of you!

Well I did this program 7 years ago while I was at Tongue Point Job Corps. It was a hard workout when you first start. I mean I'm a big guy and it was a challenge.
But once you keep going for a week or so believe me it starts to get a lot easier. If you do this program do no compare yourself to others and how they work out.
Know your limits and your body's limitations you only get one body. Listen to the instructors and they will help you achieve your goals. Also 1st week is always the hardest andost stressful just muscle through and even you will be amazed at what you can do.
The people I met through this program helped me through a lot. They need more programs like this. A place were people can get together and have support to lose weight and get healthy food knowledge.

I struggled with being an obese child and spend a lot of my time exercising to maintain a healthy body weight. Years of knowledge and past successes in weight management did not prepare me for pregnancy or the challenge of losing post-partum weight. After my son turned two, I sought Charity’s help with a year-long contract because I am well aware of the type of commitment and slow progression getting healthy and being in shape requires. I lost the 22lbs I set out to lose and feel really good about my level of fitness and overall health. In the fall, I rucked my forty-pound toddler 50miles for a fundraiser. That is a physical testament to what Charity can do for you! I highly recommend her for your fitness, nutrition, and physical health needs.

Charity, what a awesome trainer she is the most understanding coach. I have alot of autoimmune diseases and she listened to me and me telling her about my illnesses and how much pain I'm in and she worked with me on a lower level starting out and I felt so comfortable doing what she ask of me.
