Fit Body is a great workout. I have been there since 2019 and absolutely love the coaches and workout. You can push each workout to your full limits or back off when needed. Everyone is welcoming and you will meet others who are focused in the same workout goals. Join Fit Body Boot Camp

Fit Body Bootcamp is the best workout in Bend. I have tried many different gyms and programs and I am totally hooked on Fit Body Bootcamp of Bend. The coaches are motivating, the workouts are challenging and fun, and the community is welcoming. I cannot say enough about the value of belonging to this gym.

The workouts are really fun and efficient, easy to squeeze in a busy schedule. I get more feedback and personal attention here than I did paying top dollar for a personal trainer. The coaches are invested and get to know you. Also, for a older person with some injuries, the coaches are amazing at customizing exercises when needed!

Fit Body Boot Camp is my winner after trying nearly every gym in town! The coaches put so much energy into smart, well-paced workouts, and the variety keeps every class a fun surprise. I've been training at this gym for a while now, and I can honestly say it's one of the best fitness decisions I've ever made. Unlike the big-name gyms, this place feels personal, welcoming, and genuinely focused on your goals.
The classes are great because you can make of it what you want. They are a good length of getting that workout in without taking up too much of your day. But what I really love about this gym is the atmosphere—it's supportive, never intimidating. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to help with form, showing modifications for all types of intensity, or just words of encouragement.
This gym and the class style delivers real results without the overcrowded chaos. I love the sense of community here—it truly feels like a place where everyone wants you to succeed.

I can’t say enough good things about Bend Fit Body Boot Camp! The workouts are always challenging but super fun, and I’m already seeing great progress toward my goals. The coaches are amazing — they really know their stuff and always help me modify moves when I need to. I have a bad back, so that support means a lot, and it’s actually helping me get stronger and feel better!
The people here are awesome too — it honestly feels like a big family. Everyone is so encouraging and supportive. I actually look forward to coming to class, which says a lot! Highly recommend!

Bend Fit Body Boot Camp is awesome! The coaches give reminders during class that really do help me to continue leaning into the challenges of the workout. I can genuinely say that I feel successful every time I show up for a workout! In just six months my physical strength has increased tremendously. I can also feel that strength and focus seeping into other areas of my life. I am more willing to show up and lean in to challenging situations. I am remembering that it is worth it to do hard things, and that I will be stronger for it. I am extremely grateful for Coach Julia, Coach Adrienne, and for the whole FitBody Fam!

Love this place - the coaches have all been great - signed up for not only the workouts but nutrition coaching - loved that the focus was not just on losing weight but gaining muscle and losing fat - and the program I followed worked - I lost almost 20% body fat and gained muscle. It also is a wonderful community of people that are all welcoming and encouraging - the workouts are fun - good music and the coaches keep me on track with my form - highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun place to workout, make some healthier lifestyle habits and make new friends.

Background: I’m in my mid-40’s, was coming off a long injury and had never done a work-out class like this before. But at the urging of my physical therapist I signed up to do this class for 3 months to help in my recovery.
3 months later: I’m planning on continuing to come to this class as I’m now feeling better than what I did even before I got injured! What I love about these classes if first and foremost the people, the coaches are really encouraging and always have modifications available for any activities you might have a problem with. They also do a great job of checking in with each person and ensuring they are using the proper form, this has especially been helpful for myself as many of the exercises are brand new to me. The other members are also so welcoming and provide a great energy to help you push yourself each class.
I’ve been amazed at the variety of exercises and activities that we do, even after 3 months there are still new exercises I’ve never done before. It’s also surprising how much they can fit into the 40 minute class each day, I leave each class feeling like I got a great workout in. The bottom line is if you want to improve your fitness and start to feel better I can’t recommend this class enough. They even have a free trial so people can check it out.

Love this place! Love to get my workout in first thing, before I leave for work. Great place to get in a quick, very effective workout in I leave feeling tired but energized at the same time. The workouts are a great variety and don't get boring. You can push yourself at any fitness level or age. Highly recommend trying the gym out. Easy to use online app to schedule workouts, they offer plenty of time slots which is awesome so your sure to get in for a workout when you want to.

Fit Body Boot Camp is a great place to join to get fit and lose those pounds. I joined and had a program with a nutritionist and a fitness coach. It is a well rounded program to ensure that you hit those target quick and keep them off. The coaches are very present, at the gym and outside of the gym. They make themselves available to answer your questions and also to make sure you're on track. Your success is their # 1 priority. I feel valued. I feel encouraged. I feel motivated. I feel like I can do this! I'm happy I joined this gym.

Joining Fit Body Boot Camp is one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a long time. I’m in my 50’s and dealing with a hip issue so wasn’t sure it would be the right fit. I have not only improved my fitness, but have lost 18 lbs and my hip is feeling better and stronger with every workout. The trainers are all great and they have been more than happy to help me with modifications when I need them. I absolutely love starting my day with a fun & effective workout with the Fit Body family!

Coach Emily is an excellent motivator and always says the right thing to inspire me to keep moving. Great HIIT workouts with variety blend of cardio strength and more. Bend Fit Body Boot Camp offers you not only a great and complete workout in the right amount of time (40 min sessions) but also a group of warm and caring fitness coaches who are ready to help you on your personal journey and fitness goals.
I’ve been taking these classes for 2 years now and have never felt better!
Also there’s a lot of options as far as scheduling your classes.
Everybody is very nice and welcoming so I can guarantee you won’t feel out of place here.

Loved their 1 week free workouts. I wish I could afford to get a membership there because I truly felt this was such an insane experience. I have a good 60 lbs to lose and I know I would have HUGE physical benefits from this membership, but unfortunately, my life situation doesn't allow for the cost. I will say that the 1 week free allowed me to learn a lot and I have been able to take what I learned from Daniel and Pamela and am instituting that into my regular workout routine 4x a week. :-) thanks for such an awesome Gym experience! The best gym and workout I have EVER had!

Each do an outstanding job of connecting, encouraging and making everyone feel important. The gym is always clean and the equipment is all user friendly. 👍I enjoy the variety of workouts and they are never the same. LOVE THAT! When I participated in the "8 Week Fitness Challenge," a huge part of my success was due to Bree my coach. She provided the support (our meetings) and the food plan. Loved the recipe books too. 😊

I wish they didn’t have a minimum of three month commitment or that they would have been more up front about that in the beginning.
