Working with Caleb has been one of the best decisions I’ve made! He’s calm, encouraging, and he knows his stuff. He’s patient with answering all my ‘why’ questions and is good natured about my sass.

I sought out personal training because I was having trouble tapping into fitness routines because I couldn’t keep up with group classes due to an old knee injury. During my time in the program I have gone from not being able to squat my own body weight to actively building strength.

Been working with Caleb for about a year now, and planning on continuing to work with him! I was nervous about working with a personal trainer, but Caleb made me feel welcomed right away, and is always looking out for my comfortability and safety. He pushes you enough where you're always reaching new goals, and allows you to go at your own pace without you feeling judged.

Caleb is an awesome Personal trainer and believe me I have worked with a few.I like the challenging workouts and the he is always changing it up so it doesn't get boring and he tailors it to your ability level.I have a chronic neck injury so I appreciate that he he not going to let me do anything to compromise my neck and leave me injured.If anything the workouts have improved my core and given me more range of motion with my neck.Since gyms are closed now, it is the only way to go!

He's not a drill sergeant, but he doesn't coddle you either...rather he strikes the perfect balance of "push" and encouragement. This is my first personal trainer experience. Caleb has been amazing with helping me move toward my fitness goals these last few months. He has helped me work on some sport specific training for rock climbing as well general fitness. There are new exercises for me to try every session which keeps it fun and I actually saw improvement in my performance/endurance after the fist couple of sessions!
