Clare at Flourish Pilates is amazing at what she does. She listens, is knowledgeable, knows how the body Al works together to pin point exercises to help strengthen and support you and your needs. This was the first pilates class I've ever taken. Clare was super patient and explained everything thoroughly. The environment is very relaxing as well, everyone is there to learn and get better. I was intimidated to try at first, but Clare made me feel very comfortable. I definitely recommend giving this studio a try!

I have been taking classes at Flourish Pilates with Clare for nearly 6 years. It's absolutely the best exercise regimen I've ever done in my entire life. Clare is very knowledgeable about preventing injury as well as assisting with overcoming injuries. It's a total body workout which is low impact and strength building over time. I've never had a day where I didn't want to go to class! The small group classes are great, because Clare can devote time to each participant to maximize their workout. She can tailor activities based on experience level for both beginners and advanced participants. The studio has a wide variety of equipment which allows for a lot of variety with exercises so you never get tired or bored with a specific routine. If you've never done Pilates before (like me) I'd suggest doing a few private sessions with Clare first to get a basic understanding of Pilates. The private sessions really helped me when I started the group classes.

Great classes with a great instructor. Clare is always kind and patient and eager to help clarify or modify any exercise. She goes out of her way to make sure everything is feeling right and to help you find what works best for you. The classes have a lot of variety within and between them.

I've been taking both reformer and pilates classes from Clare for at least three years now. When covid hit she pivoted quickly to Zoom for our pilates and managed her studio in a safe way. I have found that both reformer and pilates compliment my other activies such as running and hiking and I am grateful that she continued to hold classes in one form or another during the pandemic. Her classes are fun and I look forward to them every week. Her depth and breadth of knowledge is substantial and she is always willing and able to accomodate previous injuries or limitations. I can highly recommend Clare and her studio.

Flourish Pilates is a beautiful studio where you will get a hard workout. This space has open air capabilities and all the equipment you need to work on your form. I enjoy working with Clare Baxter the owner and instructor! I highly recommend this studio for working on balance, posture, strength, and fun! Clare is amazing!

Clare is very knowledgeable about how to fine tune your workouts to see the changes you want in your body. She changes up the workouts to keep them fun and challenging. The studio atmosphere is calm and clean - a great place for Pilates beginners and those with experience as well!

Great experience with Clare as my instructor. She has so much knowledge to share and taught me all the correct ways to stretch, tone, and strength my body. Reformer machines are so awesome. Left feeling strong both physically and mentally.
