I have been going to Flow Yoga since I moved here full time about 6 years ago. Being in my mid 60βs I started thought I needed to join several places , including having an occasional trainer. But this summer I realized that Flow has it all! Strengthening, stretching, breathing and even Tempo Flow which is repetitive exercises to music a few times a week outside. They also have a spin class, more advanced yoga and poolside yoga that I have barely gone to! I dropped my other work out places and pay one fee for it all. The best part though is the expertise Stephanie and all the instructors have. They share their knowledge throughout their classes and even online. It is not just someone going quickly through each position. They continue to offer most of the classes online for those who want to do it live or save it for a time that works for them. This also works for those of us who winter someplace else.

Love the flexibility and selection from this studio. I joined during the pandemic and loved the group classes during that time. I work from home and itβs fantastic to squeeze in a class between meetings. All instructors do such a good job providing personalized instruction for all participants (in person and via zoom), making it easier to work through injury. Tons of options to fit into your lifestyle!

I truly enjoyed the beginning yoga class taught by Gail. The guiding words of encouragement and visualizations helped with the physical experience. I reached deeper into the great stretches and poses. Wonderful experience. Donβt miss her class!

Been attending Flow for about 10 years. All the instructors are personable and well-trained. I feel at home in my classes and have met amazing people in the Flow community. No matter the offering, I know I can arrive and feel welcomed. I also know that Iβll leave class when itβs over feeling wonderful. The positive energy of Flow is real. I am thankful to have it in my life.

Flow is the Best! Fall of 2020 - I attended one yoga class in person, already there were taped boundaries on the floor for Covid spacing. Then no classes in person, but Zoom kept me going forβover a year and a half. I either stayed as flexible and strong or perhaps even improved over my year and a half with Flow Yoga. The structure got me up and revitalized me. I never saw anyone in person, but I came to know them wellβ¦
I had 8 favorite classes each week I structured my life around Stephβs strength T-Th classes and stayed for the restorative yoga. The first time I stretched and relaxed with a bolster under my arm It felt so good I cried! I believe I will never find a strength class as challenging and invigorating as Stephβs, all the while being so so safe for my body, as she constantly minded posture and technique.
Liaβs 8:30 classes were easy to attend, as that was the start of my day. I will never feel as elegant and soaring as I did flowing with Lia in her yoga sessions. And I loved laughing with her as she counted reps in the strength class.
In January of this year I moved to a different time zone. With a 3-hour difference, I was rarely available by the time my favorite classes stared to zoom, so I reverted to Flow zoom recordings. But, human nature being what it is, it became harder to maintain structure. And now, I have gradually replaced Flow Yoga classes with live exercise classes here, so I am getting structure, exercise and human contact.
But Flow is still simply the BEST. Miss you guys!! jan

I've been a member of Flow for over 10 years and can't say enough positive remarks on this excellent studio. The classes, instructors and super clean studio are wonderful. Stephanie the owner really encourages a community spirt that I've never encountered at other studios. She also continually adjusts and changes classes so it's constantly evolving. I'd be lost without the studio. Thanks Stephanie and all of the wonderful staff!

Flow, Stephanie, and all the teachers have created an amazing community of education, fulfillment, enlightenment, and validation. I knew nothing about yoga 3 yrs ago but everyone I spoke to said "it will change your life". Being the skeptic with nothing to lose, I gave it a try. With all my heart, Flow has not only changed my life, it has SAVED my life. Thank you Stephanie, Lia, Hillary π, Susan, and ALL the yoga teachers for the journey you take us on with each class you teach. You truly have made a positive difference in my life and I am forever grateful. ππ§

Very high functioning studio with lots of options for classes. All instructors have trained with the Sustainable Asana Yoga Foundation which teaches advanced kinesthetics and yoga safety. Instructors offer many modifications which makes accessible for all.

Please know that after being located in downtown Hood River for 17 years, Flow Hood River: Yoga*Move*Connect has a NEW LOCATION at 1015 12th Street in the HR Heights on the block between Farmstand and Pine St Bakery. Great new location with free parking and lots of studio space for distancing and fresh air ventilation. Flow is now live-streaming classes all over the country and offering outdoor/poolside, as well as in-studio classes.

I found a very intimate intense yoga experience at Flow and was completely filled with great energy and joy. My only wish is that Flow was closer to my home. However Iβll be back to visit and am grateful for the loving kindness extended here. Namaste

Really friendly and accommodating staff. Studio has walls of historic expose brick and hand carved stone. 2 thumbs up for Stephanie Adams' vinyasa style yoga class! I've enjoyed all the instructors' classes there. Excellent selection of yoga merch for that hard to shop for friend - where else can you get a yoga mat bag made out of recycled Hood River kite sails? π

A calming, authentic studio in a beautiful old building! I've only been to two classes here, but I'd recommend both. I tried the intro to aerial yoga class, and it was incredible how Alli got all of us newbies to do beautiful poses in the silks! She was great at teaching the basic techniques and getting us to try new things. The aerial yoga takes place in an intimate little room upstairs, which I hadn't even known existed. My personal only downside to Flow is that drop in classes are expensive for me, but I believe their intro memberships are a good deal-- if I lived closer, I'd try it for sure.

While in Hood River Oregon on vacation, I purchased a week long unlimited pass at Flow Yoga. I enjoyed the freedom of being able to drop in classes as desired. Laurie and Adi are wonderful guides and helped me gain strength and knowledge. If in Hood River, stop by Flow Yoga and maintain health, happiness and a humble perspective while on holiday.

I was always weary of yoga studios in the past, prefering to practice on my own at home after bad experiences with inexperienced or pushy instructors. A friend encouraged me to join Flow and I instantly felt like I connected with a new community and way to practice yoga. The instructors are mindful, friendly, and very experienced. In addition Flow offers such a diveristy in classes so there is something for everyone.

Flow Yoga is "the REAL DEAL". Flow has evolved amazingly through the years and, in my opinion, provides a world class yoga experience. The teachers truly LIVE yoga and you can feel that in their expertise, energy, and genuine love. I know that I can go to a class at Flow and feel like I am in exactly the right space...at least for an hour or so! Thank you for being here, FLOW, and contributing so beautifully to the HR community.
