This studio is managed in an ideal way: it is safe and clean, the instructors are enthusiastic and knowledgeable and the classes are challenging. This is a great studio and a well-run business.

The staff is friendly and professional! They are going above and beyond to sanitize everything after every class and have an Air Purifier installed in the Hot Room! This is the best and cleanest Hot Yoga studio in Portland! Come and get your stretch on and support a great locally owned and operated business.

I have been to a few bikram yoga studios in the past and the smell of the room when you walk in the door could really knock you over! NOT at Forge. It smells so much better than any bikram studio I have been to and the staff is very friendly. I recommend!

I love π the noon Bikram class offered at the West Linn location. When youβre busy you have 1 million excuses to not go to a yoga class but when you decide you can longer feel tight and stressed out you make time. Awesome class given by Amy today.

The practice of yoga is transformative. What makes Forge so special is the community that Angela and her staff cultivate every day. This is a place that encourages and supports personal growth and the potential within each one of us to be the best version of ourselves. Forge is more than a yoga studio, Forge is a family.

This is a great studio! I really appreciate that Forge follows the bikram yoga series and that the instructors encourage members to take care of their needs. Iβve been to other bikram studios that are very strict on when you can drink water or when you need to skip or exot a pose early due to injury. So, I appreciate the love and motivation of this studio and its instructors. I highly recommend this studio.

I have been to a lot of yoga classes throughout the years; none have compared to Forge Hot Yoga. After hearing great things about it, I decided to put all the theories of hot yoga's beneficial effects to the test. After 5 classes, I feel a great improvement on my health, flexibility and just that happiness quotient that goes along with a great mind/body experience. The room is heated and the workout is challenging enough without being impossible. The teachers are absolutely awesome. I truly get the sense that they are there because they want to be there, that they really want to help each person and inspire them to find their personal best. The tone the instructors establish sets a tone for a very supportive and growth-oriented community. The experience there thus far has been the best type of exercise I think I have ever done. They have four different types of classes: 2 hot yoga classes, pilates and yin yoga. After the first class, I felt so invigorated - like I had walked out of a warm cave to see the world with renewed perspective. I would recommend Forge Yoga (and have) to just about anyone I meet. It is really that great!

If this place didn't have carpet it would be a game changer. There are smells you just can't get away from. The water out of the fountain tastes bad too. The people are super nice and it was a good class. I prefer a faster pace, power yoga but it was still a good workout.

Really great non intimidating studio. My mom and I used to go here and we were both at the time very new to hot yoga. We felt at ease while here due to the environment and friendly staff.

100$ a month is far too expensive, besides that the classes are great. Just couldnβt afford to keep going.

This place is inspiring, I started Pilates's in June and have become addicted to them. The instructors are very motivating with ones work out and helpful with recovery after.
I tried another gym but just felt more at home here and Happy Valley.

I have plenty of old military injuries, and have noticed that with just 3 days of class that most of those injuries have calmed down to a more tolerable level. I've also suddenly lost my taste for fried food, crazy as that may sound.

RUDE EMPLOYEES / INSTRUCTORS = NO THANKS!!
I walked in the door to check the place out. I was asking a few basic questions about the studio when the man cut me off mid sentence and said "I have to go, but if you would like more information you can go outside, by the door and grab a brochure." This man had two Yogi's waiting his arrival in the studio. No wonder he hasn't got a big following. He was so impolite, I left and though to my self "as if, you just lost a customer"!!
Being kind to potential clients is a better choice, every day.
