Rachel is an amazing Pilates instructor! She does a great job walk through every movement and explaining what exactly we’re supposed to get out of it. Love her classes and feel like they’ve helped me a lot with my hip pain. Always feel stronger and sore (in a good way) the next day!

I can’t say enough positive things about Form Pilates and the owner, Rachel Day. To start, the variety in classes is so refreshing and ensures that people like me who attend many times a week will never get bored. The instruction is unlike anywhere else I’ve taken Pilates. With Rachel you always know why you’re doing exercises and where you should be feeling it, which really helps with motivation and the mind body connection that is so important for Pilates. Rachel is also a very curious person - always learning more about fitness and women’s bodies to share with her students.
Pilates has changed my life and my body, and I could not have done it without Rachel and Form Pilates. She goes above and beyond - I feel like I am entering a supportive community every time I walk into one of her classes. And whether a student is a total beginner or very advanced, the vibe of the studio is so accepting and encouraging.

I love taking Rachel's classes! She is so knowledgeable about anatomy and makes sure everyone has the correct form, breathwork, and muscle targets. Every workout is different and I always leave class knowing I got in a great workout, and maybe even helped relieve some aches and pains. I've been taking her classes for a few years and I love her cute new spot on the west side; you should definitely check it out!

Rachel is the absolute BEST!! She is literally my favorite instructor of anything, of all time!!!
Every class is a different routine and has something I've never done before (and she's taught me for years). Every joint and muscle group gets attention, all focused on strength, mobility, and stability. She breaks every movement/exercise down to the anatomy and purpose of what we are engaging and why. It really helps me focus on doing everything correctly, and when I don't, she's right there with tweaks and a sharp eye to guide me.
Besides Rachel being a phenomenal instructor, Pilates has transformed my life. Back and neck pain are gone. I ride horses (eventing) and my effectiveness and balance in the saddle is night and day different.
I cannot recommend this studio enough - just go!! Her classes are also SO fun with great music to get in the zone!

Form Pilates is a beautiful boutique studio with an incredible team of talented instructors. Rachel, the owner, is deeply passionate about helping her students understand proper form and body mechanics. She has a gift for explaining the ‘why’ behind each exercise and tailoring modifications or advancements to meet every individual’s needs. Not only is she a phenomenal instructor—she’s also genuinely hilarious and makes every session fun.
Whether it’s your very first class, you’re recovering from an injury, or you’ve been practicing Pilates for years, I can’t recommend Form Pilates enough. Bend is lucky to have such an exceptional studio!

Rachel is not only a great teacher, she’s FUN! She knows her stuff, and is great with giving modifications if/when movements don’t work for your body. I met Rachel when I first started my Pilates journey a little over 3 years ago, and thanks to her, it’s become a (healthy) addiction that I’ve fallen in love with! I highly recommend Rachel and her classes to anybody searching for a studio to call home! :)

My wife and I have been going to couples pilates with Rachel for close to a year now. When we first started I had just had several surgeries and Rachel tailored her workouts to help strengthen my neck muscles. Since then I have gained more flexibility and feel fantastic! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Pilates class with very fun instructor who really knows her stuff.

I had never done Pilates before but my wife signed us up for a duet so I obliged. Rachel made it easy to pick up and I was pleasantly surprised at how challenging it can be. Rachel considers her client’s physical state and tailors workouts around them. She has an excellent understanding of physiology and how different exercises can help relieve certain aches and pains. Her routines can be tough but she is also really funny so that makes it go a little easier!

Rachel is amazing! Two years ago I started Pilates. I have a connective tissue disorder and she is a great instructor that takes this into consideration and is able to modify my exercises to help me while keeping to the core teachings of Pilates. Her knowledge of the musculoskeletal system is impressive. If you sign up for her Pilates classes, you will not be disappointed.

For those with serious back conditions it involves artful exercises and movements before and after surgery.
