Great fitness is a private gym with small group personal training classes and one on one personal training.. Group classes are at 5 AM 6 AM 9 AM Monday through Friday!
4:30 PM Monday through Thursday Personal training available at all times!

As a sports chiropractor with a strong focus on functional and safe movement patterns I am selective with referring to specific trainers and facilities. At Grit they understand proper mechanics and progressions of lifts, how to coach both strength and stability. I can refer people here with confidence they will be in great hands!
