About the Club

Build muscular power, aerobic endurance + confidence in this class. HIIT utilizing a varying combination of low impact exercises using water rowers, indoor cycling, floor exercises + strength training to get your heart rate up and calories torched. Grit Row also uses cutting edge heart rate monitoring science / data to help you achieve fitness goals in a fun, measurable, safe + effective way. Three Class Types;
Grit Ride; 45 and 60 minute indoor cycling classes
Just Row; Rowers, free weights & body weight floor work
Grit Row; Rowers, Bikes and floor work

I was never a group fitness person - OR SO I THOUGHT! These classes feel inclusive and accessible. The workouts are challenging and on days where I feel off I can easily adapt it to the energy level I have. We don't do the same exact workouts each week and the changes help me stay engaged.
Booking classes online is easy - and the instructors are eager to help. The owner is super engaged in community building and boosting local businesses. <3 Couldn't be more happy with Grit Row/Grit Ride.

There are so many things I like about these classes! The instructor has helped to modify things for me and patiently explaining technique and form until I think I have it. I am not an athlete or in shape and I still feel like this class is accessible to me. If you are wanting to be challenged there is room for that too.
