For over a decade, Groove Yoga has been my cherished sanctuary, providing an ongoing journey of self-discovery and well-being. The studio's serene ambiance is complemented by a supportive community and the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Each class is a unique and enriching experience. The studio's steadfast commitment to cleanliness and eco-friendly practices further elevates its appeal. It's not just a yoga studio; it's a home for personal growth and lasting connections. Grateful for 12 years! I eagerly look forward to many more.

Groove Yoga is my first yoga studio. Since 2012 I have brought a lot to my mat in this beautiful space and I've been welcomed and cared for tremendously regardless of how I show up. The recent transformation and growth that this sacred space has undergone has only elevated the warm and inviting nature of this unique yoga studio, making way for even more of its community to enjoy in different ways. And, they have perfectly curated music for their classes! 🎢

Wonderful studio, great energy and awesome vibes. I feel like I am actually practicing Yoga instead of β€œfitness inspired yoga” here. Each class I experienced opens with breath, some yoga philosophy and mindfulness. Followed by intentional Yoga sequences that are challenging, yet accessible. Experienced teachers and beautiful space to boot! Highly recommend if you live, or just traveling through the Bend area.

They advertises itself as inclusive of different body sizes, so I signed up for 10 weeks of classes through OSU. My experience was that their inclusivity is all talk. I was the only fat person in the class (everyone else was thin, fit, and obviously doing yoga for a while) and no modifications were suggested to me, not help when I was obviously struggling. My experience there was humiliating. This space is *not* size-inclusive, and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone remotely fat. If you aren't Bend Fit, I wouldn't recommend this place.

I have two stars because the space looks nice.

Class I did had an original flow and great teacher. Typically I don’t like music but the music the teacher played was nice and didn’t distract. Was also a good temperature(85)

New to Bend, took classes from Shana and Amber - both were stellar. Good balance of workout, flow, music, and introspection. Will be my regular spot.

Groove has been my home studio for over a decade. Every class is a gift. Sweet community, great music, only good things to share. If you're looking for something mellow, try Leanne's rejuvenating Sunday night class. My new favorite.

I've attended a handful of classes in person while visiting Bend and have really enjoyed the experience. It's a small studio, but elegant on the inside. Every hour long class starts slowly with meditation, which is a great way to start. The workout portion ranges in difficulty and poses based on the instructor - you may want to call ahead if you're looking for a particular intensity level. I've been to killer workouts and super chill sessions over a few days. The temperature of the classes is on the cooler side for hot yoga, in the mid-80s, which contributes to the studio's lighter vibes. Give it a shot!

We took the Groove class with Cynthia last week and we both agreed that it was one of the best yoga classes we have ever experienced! The energy of the group, the asana flow, the instruction, and the music selection were fantastic! We were also grateful to meet so many cool and welcoming fellow yogis. We felt so balanced and refreshed after class, when we move to Bend next year we will certainly be practicing at Groove :) - Sarah and David

I've never sweat this much in a yoga class.
😳.
Pop music was distracting at times but helpful to stay active
