Gym X is a locally owned fitness and training facility in Bend, OR, offering personalized 1-on-1 personal training, small group fitness, and sport-specific athlete development. Our space features a strength training area, basketball court, and a kids’ play zone with movement-based classes. We also offer high-quality youth basketball skill training and clinics designed to build confidence, fundamentals, and a love for the game. We specialize in helping everyday adults and endurance athletes build strength, prevent injury, and reach their performance goals—all in a welcoming, community-focused environment. .

After trying a few gyms around Bend and often feeling either intimidated or pressured to lift too heavy before mastering proper form, I was so happy to find Gym X—a small, women-owned space that feels encouraging and inclusive. I started working out with Kristina in 2023 to get in shape for my wedding, and her programming helped me feel strong, confident, and amazing in my dress! I now train with Cora twice a week, and the workouts are just as fun, functional, and effective. Both Kristina and Cora are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive trainers, and sessions fly by thanks to the great music, programming, and good conversation. I feel stronger than ever and better equipped to enjoy all the outdoor adventures Central Oregon has to offer year-round. Highly recommend Gym X!

I've done personal training and nutrition coaching with Cora and she is the best. She helped me build strength and tailored workouts to my goals. Workouts were fun and the nutrition coaching on top of that were a great combo. I definitely recommend Gym X!

I can't say enough great things about Gym X! I started training with Cora about 2 years ago before my wedding and I looked forward to my sessions every week bc it felt like I was just hanging with a girlfriend (while getting an extremely effective workout in). I've always incorporated lifting into my workouts but training with GymX helped perfect my form so much! I noticed less back and knee pain in my other workouts thanks to Cora. I love training with them so much I now have my husband joining in on the fun and he actually looks forward to our weekly sessions :)
