Stay away. The work outs are okay and the price is good, however if for some reason you need to pause or cancel you get sucker punched. I injured my knee hiking and was will be having a procedure done in 3 weeks. Today is April 4th. I went in to pause it but since they all ready charged for the month I can’t pause. It for April. So the majority of my pause time will be in vain. Then you are still charged a fee each month while it is paused. I am so disappointed. This seems like very bad business practice.

I wish I could give zero stars for the cancellation process alone. Stand by your product and be flexible with good customer service—that’s a core business principle. Instead, Hotworx's policies are misleading and designed to make cancellation as difficult as possible.

We hadn’t used the gym in over six months, and they knew this. When we decided to cancel, we were still forced to pay for two full months after submitting our request.

They knew we wouldn’t be using the membership.

They also knew we hadn’t used it in the previous six months.
Yet, they gave us only one cancellation option: coming in person. When we asked about alternatives, they conveniently left out Certified Mail as an option (which is in the contract). They never once asked why we hadn’t been using the membership—did it ever cross their mind that maybe we weren’t in Bend to cancel in person?

Their focus is clearly on squeezing money out of customers rather than providing fair service.

If you’re thinking about signing up, beware of their shady billing practices and cancellation policies. The workouts may be fine, but ask yourself: Do you want to deal with a company that makes it this hard to leave?

🚨 Would NOT recommend. Look elsewhere for a gym that respects its customers.

I almost hate to write a review here cause I want y'all to stay away so I can have this place to myself! It honestly blows my mind that everyone doesn't have a membership here. The price for a 24 hour sauna gym is very inexpensive. Less than half the price of other gyms like orange theory and stuff like that (don't get me wrong I love OT too) but the price for access to infra sauna workouts is unbeatable. I've been going here since the pandemic and I lost like 60 pounds or something like that in the first year. Its SO clean all of the time. Like SO clean. And everyone who works there and works out there are always a delight. Loovveeee you Hotworx

I’ve been going to hotworx for a year and I love it. I tried taking a break for the summer bc I thought I wouldn’t like going into a sauna while it’s hot out, but i couldn’t do it - I’m addicted. I love the added benefits of the infrared. I fit this into my workout schedule with some outdoor cardio and weights at home and it’s perfect. Also - affordable and kept super clean 👌

This place is a scam! They don't tell you that in order to quit there you have pay 3 months in advance and 60 day notice no one has that money these days

Awesome concept, clean facility, and friendly staff. On a cold day it’s super satisfying to have a place to warm up and sweat it out. I’ve even used the restroom on occasion since it’s private and far beats your average public restroom. A great supplement to a gym membership. I prefer cardio here versus a boring treadmill.

HOTWORX is amazing! Helps with recovery, great for friends or if you need some alone time. Weights in the back and my favorite is hot yoga! You can make it as challenging or easy as you want. This is my favorite gym of all time! So much privacy and feels very safe. I dread going to other gyms as I do not like to workout around others. This is a perfect place for you if you have similar feelings! And you are essentially tripling your workout since it’s in the sauna! Amazing, and fast results.

Love this place! The workouts are fun and there's so much variety that you can really tailor your workout to what you need each day. I often find myself injured pretty quickly when getting back into routine but not with these workouts! Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates are my favorite, but I do enjoy all of the iso workouts. The staff is super friendly and I often see them cleaning and taking care of the space. Extra points for being able to workout any time of day so you can avoid people if you want :)

Amazing work out space. I love that if i get tired i can sit and enjoy the sauna and infrared light. Every time im done working out i always feel so good and have an amazing attitude throughout the day. Im so happy i can come 24/7 and theres even a shower. Allowing me to come when i drop off my daughter at pre school and take a quick shower afterwards since i live in La Pine it would be hard to go home and come back to Bend to pick up my daughter. The only hard thing is coming out of your workout and smelling the delicious taco 🌮 restaurant thats next door 🤣💀🔥

When I quit because I moved I was told to send an email, now 4 months later I am told I have to come into the studio to quit. But because I was 2 weeks before the “policy changed” I’ll have to pay for a fifth month. Common sense is long gone

What in the heck is with requiring we buy a $100 mat and towel if we NEVER use the yoga studios? I have a yoga membership and use hotworx for cardio and weights.

And even WORSE, booking a spot on the app and then showing up to see the room I booked full and the staff not monitoring it enough to help the situation. So I have to be all weird and pull up the app and show them I booked and ask them for my spot. It should be REQUIRED that people either book on the app OR first come first serve ONLY. Currently really unhappy with the process but love the workouts. (This review is a corporate wide issue, but I want to leave it at the Redmond location, that isn't on Google yet)

1) WIth Hotworx, you actually can see muscle definition and feel stronger.
2) Improvement in skin clarity & tone from the sweating.
3) Those hip, periformis, glute, IT bands and back areas that usually feel sore or restricted in movement- have improved significantly from going to Hotworx 3-5x a week.
4) Truthfully, I also REALLY appreciate the dedication to cleanliness and friendliness of the staff -EVERY TIME- I walk in and they really keep things energetic and genuine, low pressure. They really work hard, each day to accommodate, encourage and even have posted work-out ideas on their Instagram for members to use when in the brand-new weight room.

Alyssa and her team are SO helpful and kind! Opening week was pretty busy and the staff still assisted all of us with a smile! It was impressive!
The workouts are great and I love how easy it is to pop in for a quick cycle ride, yoga, hiit, whatever super quickly yet still feels like a full workout. And their price point is perfect! 10/10!
