I recently visited Hotworx in Redmond, Oregon while I was in town, and I had a fantastic experience. I was looking for a quick hot Pilates session, and this place definitely delivered. They have these awesome infrared sauna workouts, which was a really cool twist on a regular Pilates class.

I went with my best friend who lives locally, and we both felt so welcomed by Shannon. She took the time to explain how everything works and made us feel totally comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend checking it out if you’re in the area!

Absolutely love Hotworx! This Redmond location is always very clean, and the owner is so sweet and accommodating. There's 15, 30, and 45 minute classes. Which makes it actually possible for me to get a workout in postpartum.

You’ve got to check out this gym!!! HOTWORX in Redmond is an incredible gym. Besides the unique training programs in private clean infrared rooms, the customer service is absolutely outstanding.
Jamie the owner is so kind, knowledgeable and accommodating.
I had a life situation that interfered with my ability to utilize the gym temporarily. She offered to freeze my membership at a very little cost ($9) for 3 months and then offered to extend the freeze for another 6 months to further accommodate my needs.
In today’s world it’s beyond difficult to get this level of customer service. I feel valued as a person not just another paying member. I love how I feel when I leave and am excited to return.

I joined HotWorx Redmond last June/July. I have always had friendly conversations with the owner, Shannon. The spas are well-maintained and clean; cleaning wipes and sprays are always available. I can’t rave about this gym enough, I seriously talk about it with everyone. The facilities are always super clean, Shannon is so kind and very helpful! Corporate yoga. Not what the great Buddha recommended. We reserved a room and came 3 minutes late. Our towels were in the car. She said the rules would not allow us to begin and the sessions are on automatic replay. You can’t start late or pause the tape. Besides this there is no live instructions only a tape. I have done yoga both in Bend and live in Eugene. Forget going here. In general recommend classes with live instruction who teach and help you establish your skills.

The Redmond Hotworx is always very clean and organized. There are a lot of different workout options, really something for everyone. Shannon, the owner/operator is usually there at the door to greet me when I arrive and always with a friendly hello. I highly recommend Redmond Hotworxs for anyone interested.

I love this place! It is by far the cleanest gym I've ever used, and I consistently feel better after my workout than I did before, which has not been a common experience for me.
Working out in a sauna sounded terrible to me at first, but at the recommendation of a friend, I tried it and was immediately sold. Prior to working out here I was dealing with terrible back spasms and near debilitating pain on a regular basis, and nothing seemed to help. Since working out at Hotworx, I haven't had a single back spasm, and when my back does begin to hurt, the sauna and isometric workouts stop the pain in its tracks.

The number one reason for the wonderful experience I've had here though, is because of the owner, Shannon. When I joined the gym, she explained the membership options, pricing, agreement, and member guidelines in a clear and down to earth manner, and I left feeling confident in my expectations of what I would be paying, and I've not been surprised by any hidden fees or unexpected charges.
It's evident not only in her friendly and welcoming demeanor, but in the work that she puts in to maintaining and keeping the facility running smoothly, that she cares deeply about her work and providing the safest and best experience possible for everyone who walks in the door. Shannon is genuinely one of the kindest and most encouraging people I've ever met, and I always love seeing her and getting to chat! Joining this gym (and this location specifically) is one of the best things I've done for my health, and I can't recommend it enough!

Ok...so here are the positives.
● facility very clean. Even to the point of hearing
the vacuum right by the sauna door while
trying to relax.

Unfortunately, that is it. Here are the
negatives.

● They quote you a price and then significantly
inflate the price when you go to sign up.
● I received multiple texts reprimanding me for
things like wearing my shoes past the door or
following my daughter in instead of
stopping, having her shut the door and then
using my code to reopen the door. Even
though I had a sauna booked and she
obviously knew it was me because she texted
me warning me she was going to charge me a
fee for doing it again.
● When I finally gave up and decided to cancel
my membership, which I had with my
daughter she charged us both $100.00 to
cancel!
I loved the facilities but the harassing texts and inflated charges just make it not worth it. Plus it just feels kinda creepy when you leave and get contacted about something you just did, like wearing shoes up to the sauna door. It's like she just sits and watches the cameras wherever she is.

The owner is kind and good at communicating with you. The space is kept so clean and the rate is affordable. Love the app and how you can book yourself and just go in. Also love the privacy of your own room. Overall has been a good experience!

She’s super sweet, customer service is amazing, never have to want for anything. she keeps the place spotless! if i need anything she’ll break her neck to accommodate! THIS GYM IS MY FAVORITE! Love this gym and Shannon. She is so accommodating and keeps the gym clean and stocked.
Also having the additional security checks makes me feel safe when I come after dark. Can't beat a sauna in the winter months in Central Oregon! Thank you Shannon!
