When you hear Jazzercise you think legwarmers and leotards, right? Or a workout for your Mom but not for you? We admit our workouts got so popular in the '80s that we created a fitness revolution that people still associate with us today. It’s true that we were the original dance party workout. But today the leotards—and the '80s—are long gone and our classes are way too hot for legwarmers. We’re still evolving and transforming people’s bodies and their lives.

Great fun and exercise! Quite a few instructors that all have their own flair to the classes with times that should work for most people. Some classes are heavy on weights while other classes are more dance with a huge variety of music. Great way to start your day!

I love working out at Jazzercise Forest Grove with all the wonderful instructors. This is my 10th year and I work out to feel better, to get oxygen moving and not to feel sore.

This studio is fabulous!
There are class times ranging from 6 am to 5:45 pm.
Several instructors, all wonderful.
It’s such an inclusive friendly atmosphere. We welcome new customers with open arms.
The dance routines are fun and the music is current. We get oldies too!!
The facility is spacious and the wood floor is so perfect for exercising.
Our students range in age from 20’s to 80’s.
The instructors always show alternatives like low impact.
There are several formats to keep the classes interesting.
It’s FUN!!!

With Jazzercise Forest Grove, Jodie Kelsay has created an incredible community. Classes here are inclusive of all, in fact the best thing about them is the sense of belonging they foster. Of course, Jazzercise is also a great workout, but the FG studio is about so much more than that. Thank you Jodie and all of my amazing teachers! In the words of a dear friend: you are a gift to this community.

I am currently living in California ,but moving to Forest Grove in the end of summer . I have been Jazzercising for almost 5 years and I plan to for another 50. I am 47 and I believe that Jazzercise has been keeping me looking youthful. I love it !!!

I am a man who has been doing Jazzercise a little over a year now and wanted to share my experience with Forest Grove Jazzercise. The instructors and fellow students are fun, non-judgmental and supportive. It doesn’t matter if you are a natural-born dancer or have two-left feet. The goal is to stay active, have fun, and keep your body moving. My wife and I are getting a little older, (both 60+), and it became more common to pull a muscle or throw out our back, etc. doing chores and work on our farm. But since joining Jazzercise, those problems have pretty much gone away. We are stronger and more limber than we’ve been in years. And we even lost weight in the process. I encourage anyone who is looking for a way to stay in shape to give it a try, especially other men! It is not just for women. They even have live online classes for this period with the COVID-19 virus. I think you will be surprised how fun and beneficial it is.
