Even though I was only visiting for a few days. They were very helpful and accommodating to help me stay on track to meet my 30 day workout goal. It was well kept and I would definitely recommend going in there for a good burn!!

I have been going here a year, and I've enjoyed every day of it. The owners Chris and Jo are absolutely amazing. They are so good at greeting everyone by name, and making you feel welcome. I have always been extremely intimidated by gyms, and never really felt comfortable. The environment here changed that for me, I've always felt comfortable and safe, and feel as though I kinda gained a little gym family.
I hope I get to stay here for many years to come. Thanks guys! - Megan

It's a decent gym to go workout at in its price pretty close to every other gym in Eugene so if you live in Junction City you might as well just go to JC fit cuz you can go there anytime you wanted to go get a card just like any other gym in Eugene so 11 JC it's just convenient

I love this gym. Coming from Cali where the gyms are super packed this is a breath of fresh air. Super clean to boot for Covid. Everybody is friendly, staff and members. Very affordable.

the gym itself isn't the worst but the website straight up lies to you and is false advertisement, it is NOT free to the public on saturdays after 9am like it says. You have your 3 free visits and then its 5 bucks every time, please fix your website before you get sued.

I love this gym. They have everything you would need and more, even when it’s busy you can still get your stations in. Krysta and her husband Josh who own the gym are very knowledgeable, they truly care about their gym goers. I was lucky enough to spend a month doing some personal training with Krysta and I learned so much and gained the confidence to workout in my own. It’s a very positive vibe in there. I’m happy to have such a great gym in our little town.

Prices are fair, but a lot of the equipment is broken or outdated. The hours of operation give me flexibility, and I tend to go when less people are there. But if I went during peak hours, I can imagine the frustration of waiting to use a machine. I mean really, one stairclimber, three (working) exercise bikes? But it is the only place in JC.

The staff is great! The equipment, not so much. The CrossFit gym is top notch. If the equipment was updated and functioned, then it would be a five for sure.
Update: A lot of the cardio equipment is falling apart. This gym has a very loyal following. They could increase membership by updating their useless machines. The cost of the machines would be offset by new memberships.
Their CrossFit gym is on point! If you love HIIT, then join up and do CrossFit.
