I love JP Fitness! It is a clean, well-equipped gym with a friendly staff and clientele. I always feel at ease and comfortable there. I have used larger gyms, and there is nothing comparable out there to JP Fitness...hands down a superior gym! The owner, John Peters is my trainer, and he is stellar! I am impressed with how knowledgeable he is in so many respects. John is focused, pays attention to detail, is great at rehabbing when needed, and very welcoming to all who come into the gym. In my opinion, it's the perfect place to get in a great workout amongst awesome people.

Love this gym and the little community who come here to work with their trainers or work out on their own! I have been working with my trainer, Dani, for almost 2 years now and she's been fantastic. Very knowledgeable on mind muscle connection and knowing how to train me considering my past injuries. Getting stronger each time, with progressive overload. John the owner is also very welcoming and accommodating. I also love the fact that I get to head to this place anytime because we all have our own access to the studio. I work out with my spouse on weekends here, and sometimes we get the place all to ourselves on an early Saturday morning. JP is the place to be!

Stellar gym!! I'm so glad I happened upon JP Fitness, I've been desperately searching for a gym that isn't crowded or inundated with bro culture, and JP's is the perfect fit. Everyone is very friendly and respectful there and they have everything you need for any type of lifting as well as cardio equipment. While they have personal trainers available, I've never felt pressured to add this to my membership and the trainers I have met have been very welcoming and their clients appear stoked to work with them. I would definitely recommend JP Fitness!

I stumbled upon JP Fitness online when I was looking for a different style of gym. I loved the other gyms I was going to but I needed more 1-on-1 training for a price that was in my budget. I signed up for the free training session and was pleasantly surprised by all of it. The owner was there to greet me and was very kind. The gym has a nice entrance and is very clean! They even have lockers in the front with a key and a bracelet! Little things mean a lot!
There are so many different types of equipment and they have them arranged to where it doesn’t feel intimidating. The more you walk into the gym, you see there are a few separate rooms that have even more types of equipment. They have changing rooms and a very clean bathroom. I could tell right away that John takes great pride in his gym and the trainers he hires.
I was assigned Cody as my trainer and I am so excited to see where he takes me on my exercise journey. I highly recommend this gym!

I visited JP Fitness while on holiday in Bend OR. My fitness coach Ariel had great things to say about the establishment and the owner, and I was thrilled when she invited me to workout there. I Spent about 45 minutes at the gym doing an arms set a legs set and a core set. During the time I was there my fitness coach Ariel was able to speak directly with the owner of the gym and receive immediate feedback in regards to her question. All in all I had a great experience here and I would gladly return to this gym consistently. I highly recommend all Bend residents check it out. A well organized welcoming community to indulge in self care and practice lifelong longevity with likeminded individuals!

I had a gym tour at JP Fittness and met the owner John. He was super friendly and professional! I recently had surgery and had to make some modifications and he had many great alternatives exercises I could do until I was healed up. I really loved that there was 3 different spaces so it never felt too crowded. There was a great mix of equipment as well as free weights and barbells etc. An awesome outdoor area to work on sprints. The price seemed really fair for what the gym offers! Highly recommend!

Great gym that has everything you need for a full body strength workout and also a cardio workout. Pleasant atmosphere and very clean.
I personally work with Cody. I am an older athlete but very active and want to stay that way! Cody meets me where I'm at with strength training, plyometrics, and other modalities. I like the variety of the workouts. Besides the strength aspect, all the workouts are great for my balance, footwork, and coordination all of which are needed as we get older. Bonus...it helps my pickleball, running, and other sports too! Cody is always open to my suggestions if there is something I feel I need extra work on i.e. core! :) Cody is very encouraging, pushes me when I need to be pushed but always keeps safety and good form as the number one priority. I highly recommend Cody as a personal trainer. He loves his job and it shows!!!!

My Fiancé and I have never had a better Trainer than Cody at JP Fitness! He’s fun, personable & motivating, and personalizes every session for us individually. We both have had previous back, leg & foot injuries and hadn’t worked out regularly for a few years. Cody understood our initial limitations and was able to modify exercises, educate us, and help us overcome them. He REALLY listens to our feedback. He's educated and knowledgeable, adapts to our situation, and knows how and when to push us harder in the right way. He also helps us with stretching, recovery and forming good habits. I love this gym. JP has a great selection of weights and equipment. The owner is low key and supportive of his clients. I have arthritis in my knee and have been working with a personal trainer, Jesse, to address issues of mobility and pain. Since doing the exercises, I feel 20 years younger and can now move and do activities that previously caused me pain.

Great place to workout and meet awesome trainers and people. JP, the owner, is full of knowledge, he is laid back and best of all he is always willing to help out anyone, whether it be a client or trainer (new and/or current).

There are plenty of awesome trainers here too, Scott, Dani and JR are all great. They each have different training techniques, but they want the same thing for all their clients: To be stronger and healthier.

This gym is amazing and I’m so glad I found it! The owner is super nice and showed me around and explained all the membership and training options - very low pressure. He suggested a trainer for me and I decided to go for it. Shelby is the perfect fit for me! She listened to my goals and set me up on an excellent training program. She is patient and encouraging.
Everyone there makes you feel so comfortable. They have great equipment and it’s not a pretentious atmosphere whatsoever. If you’re insecure about lifting, this gym is a great fit and I highly recommend Shelby as a trainer!

Edit: Shelby took a step back from training, so I was recommended to try Kalista and she is equally as awesome!! Really focuses on proper form to avoid any injury. She is so patient and encouraging. I highly recommend her as well!

I went to JP Fitness to see Cody for an assisted stretching session, we went over my workout routines and overall movement patterns and he had suggested PNF and static stretching to be ideal. AMAZING RESULTS just after 1 session ✨ my coach said ROM had improved and physically I felt a lot less fatigued. As a powerlifter it's an amazing feeling to have an even deeper stretch than what I can do alone, and for that I thank you!

I am no stranger to strength training, but wanted to kick it up a notch. I have been using Shelby H as my personal trainer for several months now, and have been so thrilled with seeing how much strength I have gained.

As a busy mom, I enjoy that the workouts are a quick 30 minutes, and yet are incredibly effective. I also now have a better understanding of my own capabilities when I do my individual workouts on the days i am not training with Shelby.

I booked a session with Shelby Hollister through vitality fitness.. I can’t say anything negative. Shelby respectively kicked my butt in a healthy way. Not over doing, but definitely pushed me. The next day, I could feel specific muscles that were sore rather than the general group of muscles. She was encouraging throughout our entire session and was clear on directions of each lift (what I should feel, where, how etc.)

One thing that goes along way with me is customer service, even when I was checking in - she was finishing up with a client while still acknowledging that i was in the building. Shelby is so raw and down to earth about her journey and I know she’s invested in mine as well. Thats what we all need. not intimidation. Cant thank Shelby/vitality fit enough!
JP fitness also has an incredible facility, clean, spacious & great well maintained equipment!
