About the Club

Julie's Fitness Studio offers group fitness classes for all ages and abilities. We offer strengthening classes, yoga, cardio circuit and private training. We also do nutrition consultations as well as offer plant-based cooking demonstrations and smoothie demos. We connect the community to health, wellness and each other.

I can’t say enough great things about this Julie's Fitness Studio! From the moment you walk in, the energy is contagious — fun, comfortable, and welcoming to all ages and fitness levels. Julie is incredibly knowledgeable and makes everyone feel right at home. She demonstrates every move clearly, offering modifications when needed so you always feel confident and supported, no matter your skill level.

What I love most is how she walks around the room, giving one-on-one guidance even in a group setting — it truly feels like personal training in a high-energy environment! She knows how to push you to do your best while keeping it safe and tailored to your body.

The flexibility is amazing too — if you can’t make it in person, you can join live on Zoom or catch the recording later, which is perfect for when you’re traveling or working from home.

On top of all that, her knowledge of the body, nutrition and overall wellness really shines through, and her cooking classes are such a fun (and delicious!) bonus. You leave not just stronger, but inspired to live a healthier lifestyle.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned fitness lover, Julie and her studio are an absolute gem. I’m so glad I found it!

Julie is amazing and has helped me transition back into working out after enduring a year of cancer treatment. She is well educated about proper form and helps you get maximum results. She will also provide alternatives for moves that are too difficult as well as too easy. Try out one of her classes and you will see what I’m talking about!

I have been taking Julie's classes for years. First in person and then when I moved back to Iowa with her zoom videos. I am 77 years old and her exercises enable me to keep an active lifestyle.
