I started with Kaci in July 2024. I was overweight and tired and had a lot of aching joints. She encouraged me to see that I could build a solid core, increase my flexibility and make better choices. Kaci is a very skilled trainer and health coach for nutrition. As an RN myself, I have good grasp on macros, nutrition content, and a healthy diet. Kaci was able to put all of that together and give me useble info to help me move forward and personalize my nutrition needs. She has a great knowledge in supplements and the what to avoid when shopping around. Her workouts are amazing. She created a detailed and easy to follow workout plan that I use when I am on my own. We went through all of the exercises together in our trainings to learn good form. She has a finesse for teaching and coaching without making me feel dumb or like I need to push myself to exhaustion. She’s very practical and smart and also just super enjoyable to be around!
