Kendra is super knowledgeable and a great trainer! I love the Saturday class, the fact that it's free/donation based helped lower the barrier to get back into working out regularly again--no excuses! Plus everyone I've met at the class is always so nice!

Kendra is a great coach and I have learned so much nutrition-wise! I am a retired collegiate athlete and have had a hard time staying in shape the last 5+ years. I had my first baby last summer and decided I was ready to get back into a routine. Since January 2023, I am down 20 pounds and 5 inches and have consistently stayed down even while having fun! If you're looking for someone to be your trainer, I'd highly recommend Kendra. She not only met me where I was, she helped me reach new limits. Following her plan helped me lose 75 pounds. Without her I would be lost. Kendra helped me find myself and grow my confidence.
