Visiting Bend from Colorado and have to give LHD a true 10/10. The staff was inviting and informative - shout out to Ang who brought all the best vibes! Workout was tough but enjoyable - full body burn! Entire place was immaculately clean - just an all around great place. If I lived here I would absolutely snag a membership.

I cannot say enough great things about LagreeHD!!! I started coming 3 months after my gastri bypass surgery bc my doc said I needed resistance exercise. At 1 month I was like wow this isn't so painful. At 3 months it became I really enjoy this, I feel great & my body craves it. At 6 months I was confident enough to try spin. At 9 months I was in class one day & froze as I saw my biceps 💪 like REALLY SAW THEM all defined & looking less like arm flab. At a year post surgery i was down 125lbs, I had some excess skin but not like I could have AND had the stamina to keep up with my son. Here I am now 2 years post surgery still down that 125, still can see my biceps among other muscles I didn't know even existed and even with a break of 4 months in classes, I went back still strong still loving it & loving how I feel the burn & shake in class. Most of all, I credit LagreeHD for helping me achieve my body transformation goals & the trainers are so encouraging & supportive. I wouldn't have had the confidence to keep going back if I felt judged or incapable. If you're on the fence about going you should jump off on to this side, it'll be one of the best things you've ever done for yourself! Your body will thank you 😊

I tried LagreeHD East for the first time the other day. As expected, it has the same amazing teachers and management as the other locations. However, the machines are distinct version of megaformer which almost makes it a entirely different workout!

This is my favorite location because of the darker lighting. I don't feel as self-conscious and can focus on myself more. I also love that they offer childcare which is usually my biggest hurdle to working out. My child loves coming to work out with me and playing with the other kids. I also love this studio most because it's the only one with the versaclimbers. Every workout I do here is intense and even if I've been to several classes now, it doesn't get easier, I only get stronger. All of the instructors have been great and the owners are wonderful. I love lagree because I feel like it's such an efficient workout and I feel like I see faster results compared to other workouts. I feel challenged every time and the workouts are never the same. they all have excellent taste in music and I do love when it's not super loud. This studio is also closest to my house so I have no excuse! Love it here!!

I have been going to LHD West for a couple of years and just recently visited the East side location. It is amazing! I am hooked on the Versa climber workouts and they have a lovely play area for kids that my 3 year old would love. Most importantly, it has the same great trainers, workouts, and awesome vibe that you can expect at LHD! I will definitely be making it out to this studio more often!

LHD has been an amazing workout and very helpful in regards to my ACL tear and shoulder injury. I spent a lot of 2024 in PT for my ACL tear and since then LHD has helped me keep up with With the exercises I’m supposed to be doing. In regards to my shoulder injury, I finally feel like my it is getting healthy and that is because of the workouts I’ve done at LHD. All of the instructors I’ve had Make sure that you are using The appropriate form for the exercises and getting the most out of what you are doing I highly recommend this to anyone and everyone.

Excellent place to work out. The machines are really friendly to your joints and the moves have a lot of range from beginner to advanced. Really hard to be bored in these classes as well with all the different moves. Instructors in all day parts are friendly and knowledgeable.

I love that every class is different and you can make any movement as hard as you want it. I walk out with exhausted and shaking muscles every class. The instructors are great at what they do, and are incredibly approachable, kind, and fun. I highly recommend trying it at least 3-5 times to decide for yourself if it’s right for you.

My physical therapist recommended I try Lagree for muscle endurance and joint stabilization. I am absolutely HOOKED. It’s so challenging but my body feels GREAT when I leave class. Could not recommend more. My body has never felt better and it’s only been two classes! The owners are the nicest people ever and the instructors kick butt! I have a bad lower back and a busted knee and this has done wonders for me. Now with the climbers ready to go there is an intense cardio option as well. Everyone should check it out! Just don’t make my time slots harder to get a spot in :)

I have a friend group who cont'd to talk about Lagree. I typically hate group classes, but was able to go on a guest pass. The instructor was really encouraging and I was surprised on how fast time went by. It was extremely challenging and I am still sore, but anxious to sign up. I never considered spending that type of money on a class, but now see why everyone goes. Very comfortable atmosphere/nice people.

Lagree HD is awesome. My wife took me with her for a couple of work outs and I am now hooked. I trained/ worked out in many different ways and have focused on a balance of strength and endurance which can be tricky. Lagree has become my favorite strength work out as it also focuses on muscle endurance. I am excited to see how this translates in my half marathon time in a few months.

There are many aspects of the class I like. The size is small and so there is time and room for the instructor to help with form and alignment. You can work as hard or less at any time. The music is always fun. And it is most def a tough workout!

Far and away my favorite way to workout! I have been going to Lagree for just under a month and the difference between now and then is huge! I was looking for a low impact exercise due to past knee injuries. Not only does my knee not hurt during this exercise - it has begun to feel better in day-to-day life as well. Absolutely love LHD West and East (I frequent both). This is my new favorite workout class. I previously thought I was in decent shape before attending my first Lagree class. Each class I discover trembling muscles I didn’t know I had. I love the childcare option on the Eastside, it’s one of the few workout establishments with childcare. I just did my first class with Bella and it was awesome. I'm officially hooked. Let me preface this by saying that I workout about 5-6x a week but am also about a year postpartum and my core is still not where it once was. I primarily do weights, running, and hiking. I share this to tell you lagree completely kicked my butt! Class ended 2 hrs ago and I'm already sore and muscles are twitching ha! I felt serious burn and shaky muscles. The class was so fun though! It was an awesome workout. The mind body connection is great and it feels so controlled and intentional. I also brought my 4 year old and 1 year old to their Littles childcare option, which is so nice to have, and they loved it! They played cars and there were no tears. Bridgette was awesome with them. That means I could actually do this regularly without it being logistically difficult for my schedule. I did the $45 3 class trial pack, and kind of wish I did the trial one month unlimited instead now!

Lagree is the best workout in Bend, hands down. The trainers are excellent at demonstrating and describing the moves in advance and helping to transition smoothly and efficiently. Each move is described in ways to increase the difficulty as well as decrease, how you should be feeling it, and usually even give a countdown so that if you, like me, are battling in your head how much longer you can stick with it- you are motivated to keep with it for just 8 more counts! It is clean, safe, accommodating, and welcoming for all. The music is fun, your body will grow stronger and gain better balance and functionality, and your mind will enjoy 50 minutes of focused living in the moment.

I’ve been doing Lagree for just under 2 months, and in that short time have already felt my body getting so much stronger (specifically my core). When this East side location opened up I was so excited because it’s 4 minutes from my house and I have loved every single instructor I’ve had in this studio! LHD - East is a fantastic gym, it’s super clean, inviting, and modern. I was introduced to Lagree for the first time by one of their coaches, I was intimidated at first but they were incredibly helpful, they articulated exactly what we were doing in each movement, how to transition into each position, and how to execute everything correctly and safely. I have talked with the owners Jenny and Matt and they are both fabulous people, they are definitely dedicated to their members and they strive to make LHD a community and lifestyle, so the membership offers everyone more than just excellent fitness.
