Best workout and FAVORITE group of workout instructors I’ve ever experienced. And I’ve done a lot of Pilates and yoga in my life. I’ve done classes across traditional Pilates (Mat, reformer), yoga (hot, not), HIIT, you name it and nothing has impacted my physique as effectively. All the teachers I’ve tried are great. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous studio in the heart of Bend! I love that it has a lot of natural lighting and is next to several places I love visiting like SWTHZ and Still Vibrato (coffee). This location has great vibes, plenty of parking (most of the time), and close to all the best places like Old Mill and Riverbend Park. Instructors are all amazing and super helpful.

I really wanted to add some strength training to my usual, weekend warrior lifestyle living here in Bend. Lagree High Desert really fit the bill, and I feel my mountain biking, hiking, and skiing have improved through the full body Megaformer classes. The trainers are great - they always ask if there are any particular injuries, and they work to weave special instructions into class if anything is brought up. This is a super supportive and encouraging environment.

I LOVE this workout, the owner is amazing, their entire staff is communicative, and the trainers are awesome and they actually care about you. There is a lot of falsehood online about "LaGree trainers not caring if you are new or have injury." I have found that to be 100% opposite. That is probably driven by the owner and a good reflection of Bend and how we approach health holistically. If there is a trainer you don't click with, there are many options! I usually loathe group class, but I love the mentality in this one. You come in, focus, and leave. There is no time to look around and compare. It's very freeing!

I can't say enough good things about Lagree HD - the workout is awesome, the instructors are amazing, and the studio is great. Whether you have been doing pilates for a while or are just getting started, it is a welcoming environment and everyone is so helpful. I am currently pregnant in my third trimester and have been going to Lagree throughout my entire pregnancy. Wow!! From my very first class, I have been OBSESSED. Absolutely the best studio in town and as an athlete and mom coming out of the postpartum, I wanted to reconnect to my body in a more effective and efficient way. I LOVE the challenge of each class, the safety, the professionalism, the core work, each instructor is FANTASTIC and the classes are SO FUN and different each and every time. I’ve noticed posture changes, I have less of a tendency to favor one side of my body over the other, I feel more stable in general, etc
Yes it’s great for gaining muscle and burning fat too, but the thing I really cared about before starting was trying to undo years of muscle dysfunction from sitting all day, and I definitely notice a huge HUGE difference in that area. Every instructor is kind and attentive, and I can’t recommend the workout and this studio enough regardless of what your goals are!

It's definitely a 'good for you' workout', you'll feel sore in a really good way with low impact! It's eccentric loading, heavily focused on glutes, core, and other stabilizer muscles. Lagree HD has really helped me regain my strength. I was going through PT after a back surgery last Spring and the PT therapist recommended Pilates in addition to the program he prescribed. I started taking Lagree almost everyday and my PT was impressed by the gains I made. All of this is attributable to the Lagree classes, as I didn’t really follow the PT program 🤫 In addition, the classes are awesome; fun and challenging, lots of times on the schedule which makes it easy to find a time that works and the instructors are all good. Lagree Pilates is an incredibly challenging but fun workout that will leave you feeling stronger and more toned than ever before. The Lagree method is a high-intensity, low-impact form of Pilates that targets every muscle in your body through a series of controlled movements on a specialized machine called the Megaformer.
The classes are led by expert instructors who are passionate about helping their clients achieve their fitness goals. They are super nice, supportive, and encouraging, always pushing you to your limits while making sure you are performing the movements correctly and safely. The teachers also create a friendly and welcoming environment that makes you feel at ease, even when you're struggling to keep up with the challenging exercises.
Despite the fun atmosphere, there's no denying that the classes are tough. You'll feel the burn in every muscle of your body, and you'll likely be sore for days afterward. Highly recommend the Lagree HD studio. The space is clean and beautiful. The instructors are all great, passionate and friendly- their styles range from cheerleader, to personal trainer, to drill Sargent - but there is an instructor for everyone.
And the workout. So good! The mega reformed is like a Pilates reformer on steroids. The 50 minutes goes by so quickly and all major muscle groups are hit. The philosophy of time under tension leaves me shaking every time during a session, so I know my muscles feel it. And always sore, in the best way possible, the next day.
I’ve been going regularly since beginning of March and can see a difference in my body. I literally can’t imagine my life without this workout!

Woo, sore in some weird places! I haven't done a Megaformer workout since pre-pandemic and was a bit nervous. But Tara made me feel welcome, went over the Megaformer with me and helped me make some small but big adjustments during class. The studio was super clean and comfortable. The workout is tough but I always leave feeling super strong and empowered. Highly recommend Lagree High Desert, try a class and fall in love.

Lagree is arguably the best workout and this is the most welcoming lagree studio I have been apart of. I weight lift, run, yoga and the money is worth adding this workout into my routine. It helps build such an amazing foundation and this studio is incredibly welcoming, educated and kind. They make it a fun workout while leaving you feeling challenged!

I’m so happy Jenny brought the Lagree method to Bend! I was taking Pilates reformer classes but looking for more intensity, and Lagree just kicks everything up x10. I love that it’s a physical AND mental challenge. All the instructors I’ve taken so far have been great - super on top of your form to help you get the most out of the workouts. 10/10 recommend this workout and studio. Absolutely worth the cost!

I almost cried tears of joy when I found out there was a Lagree studio opening in Bend! Lagree is the BEST workout that I have found to get you strong, lean, and develop serious core strength. I have been to quite a few Lagree studios and although the moves and the machines are similar- the vibe can vary wildly from studio to studio. Some are upbeat and intense while some are more like traditional pilates with a very mellow vibe.
Lagree HD is AWESOME! From the minute I walked in I was really excited. I was warmly greeted by Jenny, the owner, who is delightful. The studio is gorgeous- very minimal and clean but beautifully appointed. The machines are SO nice and new- what a treat! I have taken classes with the Jenny and Katie so far...and I plan on taking classes with all of the instructors! I can't wait! I also love that the schedule has classes ALL day long! There is no excuse to not slip in for 50 minutes!
The classes are really amazing. The best thing about a Lagree class is that you can make it as hard or as easy as your fitness level- so it never gets "easy." The more confident you become with the machine and the moves, the more you can challenge yourself.
Lagree is the only workout that I have ever found that is never boring and always a challenge. Want to discover that you have obliques? Try Lagree. Want to develop a strong core? Try Lagree. want to actually love shaking because your muscles are about to give out? TRY LAGREE! I'll see you there! :)

So happy that there’s now a reformer Pilates studio in Bend! The space is bright and clean with plenty of parking, and the instructors are welcoming and will set you up on the megaformer if you’re unfamiliar. The workout is certainly a challenge, but modifications are offered and the 50-minute class time goes by quickly! This is a great addition to the growing fitness community in town.
