Lagree Fitness is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines strength, cardio, balance, and flexibility. At Lagree+ we utilize the Mini Pro machine, which provides resistance through spring-loaded cables, and emphasizes slow and controlled movements. The workout aims to target all major muscle groups, increase endurance, and improve posture. It also emphasizes proper form, core engagement, and controlled breathing, making it a full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels.

I had such an amazing class with my girl Genesis!!! She’s the best instructor ever with excellent and thorough communication for each move. She plays great music and hypes everyone up! Love her and would definitely do it again! Lagree is no jokeeee but such an awarding experience at the end!

I had such a great experience at Lagree Plus! The studio is super clean, and from the moment you walk in, you feel totally welcome. If you’ve never done Lagree before—don’t let that stop you. The class was challenging in the best way, and I definitely felt the burn! There are options to modify or push yourself, depending on where you're at.
Shelli was my instructor and she’s amazing—so encouraging, and she really knows how to meet you where you are while still helping you level up. Jessica, the owner, brings such a positive, inclusive energy to the space. You can tell they truly care about creating a supportive community.

I have been working out here for 2-3 months now and I genuinely love it. 1. The owner Jessica is truly such an understanding and kind person who has made sure I’ve had a great experience and when I needed flexibility in my membership she helped make sure I got everything I needed and my bang for my buck. 2. Austin is an amazing instructor his light classes pack the heat if anything they’re borderline LAGREE and I feel so good after every workout and leave SHAKING. Gabby is also amazing her workouts leave me feeling like my waist is non existent and light as a feather. She screams strong. I love it here. Can’t wait to keep trying more out .

Stay clear from this place. The workouts are fun but the business practices are shady. I cancelled my membership due to a military move and gave sufficient notice, yet they still charged me for a full month even after my membership date. I tried to come to a solution and they just stopped responding.
Editing this to add dates:
I cancelled this on 3/19. I got a confirmation email that I can continue to take classes until 4/18. I was charged until 5/8. I did give 30 days notice but it was not honored. I also verified that 30 days notice was enough as we are a military family and weren't sure when we were moving yet, and yet it was not honored. As I said, shady business practices and not military friendly at all.

I’ve been going to Lagree Plus for almost two years, and I still love it! The low-impact workouts are perfect for me, especially after having an ankle replacement—I can work out pain-free! The instructors are incredible, and every session continues to challenge me. Highly recommend this studio for anyone looking for a great workout experience!
A special shoutout to the amazing instructors I see every week: Ashley always make the workout feel like a dance party. Sara thoughtfully puts together music playlists and makes the workout go by so fast. Jessica always pushes me to do my best and creates challenging workouts Austin is incredibly encouraging and supportive.
It’s great being part of such a welcoming community. All the instructors do a fantastic job of making you feel included and supported from the moment you walk in. Excited for summer to get here so I can experience a class by other instructors!

Lagree Plus is the most efficient and fun workout I’ve ever done. I love the small class size and the strong community of people supporting and cheering each other on. Had my first class today with Genesis! She was very motivational and made me feel welcome. The hardest part of joining a new workout class or gym or studio is by far the first class when you are figuring out what everything is and what you are supposed to be doing. Genesis made my first class feel like I'd always belonged. She was very helpful in guiding me on my form and motivating me to push myself.

Lagree is definitely my favorite workout, and my legs have never felt stronger. I have a torn meniscus and MCL and these classes have helped my leg/knee get so much stronger so that I don’t have as much pain! I love coming to Lagree Plus for the energy, and the instructors push me to get stronger each time.

I started going to Lagree Plus a little over a month ago. I have become completely obsessed with the workout. It is a full body workout that is low impact on your body. I love the fact that I can feel my strength and flexibility improve with every class I take. I love that there are convenient times that work with pretty much every schedule. Every instructor I have taken a class with have been excellent with their knowledge and encouragement throught the whole class. If you haven't had a chance to try Lagree Plus, I would highly recommend giving it a try!

Legree Plus is an amazing low-impact workout! I’ve had 5 right knee surgeries and a rotator cuff shoulder surgery and have tried almost every low-impact workout that works with my injuries, but also gives me a great effective/challenging workout. Legree is by far the best workout I’ve found and offers different classes- including my personal fav Legree Lift. The Legree trainers are knowledgeable, kind, supportive, energetic, and positive. Lauren, Ashley, and Gabby are three of my personal favs! They challenge and encourage me to take my workout to the next level.

I am new to this studio, but not to Lagree, and I have felt the full effects of this workout each class with every instructor so far. The instructors are all certified to take your workout to the next level. Going to a studio that is ran by a Master Trainer is a big deal to me. I study this format daily. The Lagree Method is always evolving, and having a master trainer that not only is very visible in the studio, but one that teaches, and takes classes is important because it keeps everyone up to date on the latest and greatest from Lagree Fitness. I am proud to call this my new favorite place to workout!

I have been a member of Lagree Plus for almost a month. Within two weeks I could feel an improvement in my mobility at home. I already feel stronger and see improvement while I am in class. Lagree is a fantastic option for me because when I would take classes at the regular gym, I was constantly getting hurt or straining something in some way or another. Lagree is low impact so it is better for my joints. The instructors always give options for modifications if certain moves are too difficult or uncomfortable due to previous injury. It is an intense workout and you really get in tune with your body. I LOVE Lauren’s Flow class. It is my favorite. I was a little intimidated by the lift class but got over my fears and it is not as scary as I thought it would be. Austin will kick your butt. Sara will lift you up and make you feel like a rockstar. Jessica will try and murder your muscles but she will make you laugh the whole time she is doing it. All the instructors are encouraging and talk you through all the moves and keep you motivated to push a little farther. They offer multiple classes a day, most are 45 minutes but some are express, 25 minute classes and those will still kick your butt. So you have an incredible, full body, low impact workout in less than an hour. I have gone to Lagree Plus more in the last three weeks than I went to my last gym in six months because I love it so much. 10/10. Highly recommend.

I love Lauren's Flow class on Thursday. It's all the great Lagree moves in a yoga flow. Definitely a class to try if new to Lagree. Lauren gives clear cues , support, encouragement and gentle transitions.

I have spent my life avoiding the gym and exercise and as I approached 45 I decided it is time to focus on my health. I have multiple chronic conditions (fibromyalgia and arthritis in spine to make a couple). Lagree Plus has been PERFECT for me. The instructors are amazing at helping you get maintain good form and maximize your workout. My overall fitness level has increased immensely in just 6 weeks, improving my core strength, without aggravating my pre-existing conditions.
Every instructor is certified in the Lagree Method and truly cares about every person that walks through that door. I would give more stars if I could.
