Great little pool! Cool enough but not freezing! Fun splash pad for the kids and nice little shallow pool for the really little ones. Very clean and well maintained.

Nice place to swim when it is not packed, however....
I think the customer service from the pool staff could use a serious refresher.
We rented an Airbnb nearby and went to the pool to cool off. We had brought in a small donut floatie for my youngest child. And apparently a woman in her late '50s with shoulder length hair came up to my youngest child and said to him very rudely, "floaties that size aren't allowed in the pool, and if you would have read the sign when you came in you would have known that."
I'm pretty sure that is the worst way that you can talk to a child, and she should probably re-educate herself on customer service approaches.
We won't be returning to this pool this year because I don't want to embarrass this woman the way she embarrassed my child.

Very nice water park for the kids.
Gym has decent amount of machines.They could use a rowing machine.
Pool towels are too old.
Parking is limited when busy.
Ron does a good job at the front desk.

Nice pool with an interesting water feature. A children's wading pool that's a bit warmer. The hot tub is closed currently, September 2020. The splash pad is fun, but frigid!

It's a pretty good place to take kids. There a lot of people there who sit on the side of the pool that get upset when they get water on them. So it can be a bummer if you take your kids there to have a good time.

Love the staff this year, especially the guy from the UK. Super friendly and prices great interaction with the kids and families. He embodies the spirit of this environment and encourages fun. Eagle Crest is one of favorite spots in the US and the staff this year made it better!!

The go to spot for Eagle Crest members. Gym, pool and hot tub. Even has a kid pool and play area spot for kids as well. Note that most of the pools are closed during the winter.

Wish there was a poolside access to the restrooms. They want you to dry off before entering the building, and if you've got a dripping kid doing the potty dance... Awkward.

Nice, clean, great for little kids and adults. Pool 3 to 5 feet, not a diving pool. Splash park is fun for all ages.
