I’ve been a member for about three months and love the community of people at Lift, love the diversity of classes, and the instructors are kind while pushing me to improve. If you’re a former athlete of any level or just looking to start feeling better, come check this place out. The entire team of instructors is outstanding. Daniel consistently delivers excellent classes, and everyone on staff brings their A-game with the perfect blend of expertise and encouragement.
I just had a Stretch and Myofascial Release class with Bethany Leigh this morning, and it was exceptional. Her knowledge and attentiveness made for an incredibly effective session.

I love that they have a good mix of group classes as well as offering open gym time where you can work out on your own. I just finished 10 private sessions at Lift. I chose this gym based on the reviews and meeting the trainer. It’s not often you see all 5-star reviews and I was skeptical at first, but it truly deserves the rating! If you’re looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend Hannah. Vibe, motivation and results. A friend invited me to do a class at LIFT a few months ago. It had been years since I'd regularly done group fitness because I mostly bike and run outside. The staff is warm, friendly, and accommodating. I haven’t worked out in two years, and they walked me through everything before, during, and after my workout. The instructor Victoria took lots of time to explain all the movements, and when I wasn’t sure, she came back to help me. I love that the workouts are no more than 45 minutes, so I’m in and out and on my way. This place is clean and sanitary. I would give ten stars if it were an option; this is my new Fitness home.

I hadn’t been to a fitness facility in many years so I’m maybe just a little out of shape. 🤪 I’ve now had 3 private training sessions with Cornelius at Lift and while my muscles are all talking to me, I know this is the way to make them strong again. This place is high energy and instructors are supportive, motivating and have quick modifications for during your workout. Very friendly and inviting staff! I went for my first time and it was a great experience in every way. I might be a “tad” sore today but that’s what I want! Their schedule is flexible, a variety of classes and big and clean space. No two workouts have ever been the same. Ever.

Corn & Hannah have an unmatched, comprehensive understanding of how the human body moves. They dedicate tremendous time and energy designing complementary movements and it shows. They have their own, individual style of coaching that will rock your world. These athletes know how to work your body, motivate you, and create killer playlists.

Members from every age group, all walks of life and different backgrounds can be found here. We have two things in common-we work hard and we genuinely care about each other. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the synergy of the 6:15am classes. You have to be half nuts to work hard at that hour and enjoy it. And we do. I’ve worked out all offered times and there’s something very special and unique about the early crowd. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, just starting to get in shape, or unsure what you want, roll out of bed and come on down. I bet you’ll be back for more.

I have tried it all; home gyms, private training, 24 hour gyms, and group training and nothing compares to LIFT. The classes allow for all levels of fitness and all ages to workout together. There's no pressure and you train at your level with great programs and instructors. The classes are small and get results. I like setting up my weekly program as appointments and that makes me attend. I can set up classes to not only fit my schedule but to also focus on different body parts as I see fit. No harm can come from trying it. It is fun and fast and I absolutely love it. I have made great friends there and it's the only gym that has ever felt like home.

I started working out at LIFT in 2022 and was immediately impressed by the owners, Hannah and Cornelius. They maintain a great space, with lots to offer, and take a genuine interest in each person who walks through their door.

I’ve done personal training sessions and group classes at other gyms and none are as fast & furious as the workouts at LIFT! Total strangers are encouraging, the music is bumpin’, and the LIFT team delights in finding new ways to challenge you every single week.

And even when I don't really feeeeeel like heading to the gym, I push myself out the door because I know I’m going to have fun there while breaking a sweat and pushing my limits.

This is one of my favorite places to work out the stress of life. The classes and the camaraderie are second to none. From spinning to lifting this gym has everything you need to make you sweat and feel like a million bucks. You cannot beat their downtown location and super reasonable monthly dues. I hardly ever write reviews, but this business deserves it! I have been going to the Schliebe Fitness Studio since 2011 and still love it. Tim Schliebe is truly a master fitness trainer and it shows in how he structures his workouts. Always mixing it up and creating new ways of doing old things....the cycle classes are the best! Besides fitness, the studio is also social and you get to know people who like to workout when you do....friendly and supportive is the best way to describe it!

I instantly signed up for 8 classes per month and have been more than satisfied. Tim, Denise and their crew are world-class! They provide a very high level of experience, creativity and instruction. A couple years ago, weary of the ineffectiveness of the traditional gym, I began searching Bend for an indoor training alternative. I tried a few options in town, and was lucky enough to stumble onto LIFT Training (Body by Schliebe). The club is run by Tim and Denise, who have been involved in group training most of their lives.

Each workout is purposefully designed to have a maximum positive impact on your body, all while reducing risk of injury. And while its hard work it’s also incredibly stimulating and fun. Tim and Denise are engaging, and your fellow workout members make group training a real joy.
