Definitely recommend working with Cody! He takes the time to really understand your individual needs and is great at adjusting the exercises to fit any limitations. He will push you hard but keeps it fun and I am already seeing results after just a few months!

I live across the country from Cody, but distance has never been an issue thanks to his personalized workouts and incredible support through his app. He consistently costomizes my fitness plan to my goals and lifestyle, checks in regularly, and is always quick to answer any questions I have. Cody has helped me a tremendous amount. He has, over a year, tailored my workouts to accommodate my issues and helped me gain strength and more confidence with balance. His easy going manner, encouragement and sense of humor make it easy to do the work. He always has an eye on safety and the individual’s capabilities, and knows when to increase the difficulty. I have been working with Cody for over a year now both in person and remotely. I have been very pleased with Cody as a trainer. As an older athlete, he meets me where I’m at. He is very encouraging and supportive. He pays close attention to form which is very important to me. He mixes up the workouts so it’s always fresh and interesting. He also does assisted stretching which I always need. I highly recommend Cody as a personal trainer.

Cody is a great trainer. He makes you feel comfortable to be a beginner while also pushing you outside if you comfort zone in order to get stronger. He’s clearly very knowledgeable and understands the body, takes the job and your progress seriously while also making the workout sessions fun and easy going. I just completed my 50th workout with Cody and am very happy with the progress I’ve made. After time away from strength training due to a medical condition, Cody has helped me regain confidence and build strength with workouts that are challenging, customized, and motivating. I started a new gym here in town at JP Fitness and was assigned to Cody as my trainer. He was on time, friendly and got straight to it with asking what my goals were. I am a mother of 2, working full time and have had extreme lower back pain for the past 3 years. Little time for myself!
Cody was able to stretch my lower back in a way that has dramatically improved my pain. He showed me a few work outs to see how my body responded and he quickly saw that I was in dire need of training. He was honest, kind and never made me feel stupid for being in the shape I’m in. He even worked with my budget, making it feasible for me to afford his services. He truly is a world class trainer and I am so excited to see my transformation to a stronger more self confident woman, mom and wife!
