Really special gym. The workouts are planned out super well- great balance of fun and hard work. Extremely knowledgeable coaches, and the owners is the sweetest soul. I feel so grateful for this space in bend!

I can't say enough positive things about MAD. The structure of the classes, the coaches, the gym itself... chefs kiss. I was someone who would workout at snap fitness and do my best to workout as hard as I could (which is nothing compared to the workouts I've been doing here). I also was someone who favored leg days over anything else so the rest of my body I was neglecting.
If you want to try out a fun and rewarding workout & meet cool people while doing it, definitely some check it out. You won't regret it.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this studio! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel so welcomed and at home.Every single class is filled with such positive energy and encouragement. You can tell they truly care about each person’s journey. The instructors are not only knowledgeable and motivating but also incredibly supportive, meeting you exactly where you’re at and helping you push just the right amount.
The community here is unlike anywhere else.I always leave feeling stronger, happier, and more inspired. If you’re looking for a workout studio that goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about YOU, this is the place!

I’ve been coming to MADabolic classes for almost 4 weeks now and am absolutely loving it. I’ve done OTF, CrossFit, and basic gym workouts in the past so not a total stranger to working out, but I’m really loving MADs philosophy and their workouts. I’ve taken classes from all the trainers and they’re all amazing, give helpful corrections when needed, and encouragement to try new things and to get stronger.

I've been going for a couple weeks so far, and it has been a great experience! The classes fly by due to the circuit + interval style format, and you can push yourself as hard or as little as you're feeling that day. I appreciate that the classes start on time and don't run over (always has been a pet peeve of mine with some other studios in town) and I love the focus on functional movement, the variety of weight options and equipment used, and the integration of boxing and rowing. As a busy parent who needs to fit workouts in before the kids are up, the 6am classes are perfect - super efficient and most importantly, they don't leave me feeling drained throughout the day - they're the perfect level of challenging for me!

These classes bring a focus on functional strength to my exercise regime that has been missing for a while. The instructors are knowledgeable and very willing to accommodate different needs. The location is incredibly convenient for doing some shopping or grabbing a meal after a class.

As a person who has never and I mean NEVER enjoyed going to the gym MADabolic has quickly become a place I thoroughly look forward to going to multiple times a week. The coaches are all so fun, positive, and encouraging and each class I leave feeling stronger than before!
This gym is for everyone from those who workout all the time to people like me who haven’t done a gym based workout in eons.
I highly recommend checking it out!

I have been enjoying the classes here! All the trainers and knowledgeable and not pushy, I feel very comfortable asking for accommodations to the workout(injury/less weight/etc). I also really appreciate how quick the classes are, 50 minutes is a really convenient amount of time to fit into a schedule and finally the gym is always clean!
