We offer something for everyone in the family including 24/7 ACSESS, BRAND NEW weight room equipment, circuit court training equipment, cardio equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, and stair steps. We have a court room to play basketball, racquetball, and volleyball. In addition, we offer 3 indoor tanning beds, a European style steam room, personal training, fitness classes and more.

Great gym, lots of equipment, clean and well maintained. The owner is very helpful if you need something or want a personal trainer...open 24/7 with key card..they have a steam room, tanning beds and have a racquet ball court.

The weights are nice.
But
Customer service isnt too well.
I been trying to cancel my membership, out of town and have no way of getting over there i don't see why he can't cancel over the phone.
And still awaiting my email he's supposed to send me for the cancel membership.
He's fluctuating the charges by the month i noticed too.

New equipment makes for effective and efficient time in the gym. Weight plates are new and easy to handle. Nautilus equipment upgrade is nice

A good place to work out in the AM evenings are very loud and noisy
music in the weight room is excessively loud from other members who use the Stereo System and do not respect the other members who try and use the weight room the Stereo System should be removed loud members can use headphones or ear buds! Improvements have been made to the noise problem, a little more attention towards members who DO NOT clean the machines before and after use, this should be a Priority since the COVID-19/Omiron Virus is Spiking!

Biggest facility in town with added perks to memberships like awesome tanning beds,racquetball/basketball room, and relaxing steam room with relaxing massage room. Definitely a place to get your mind,body and soul worked on.

I was visiting from out of town and I dropped by to get a quick work out. The drop in fee was very reasonable. The staff was friendly, and the facility was clean and has a lot of great equipment. I will definitely come back the next time I visit the area.
